This place is so beautiful and it's a real Tuscany vibe. If you want to rewind and relax, this is the place to be. I got here in early October and I guess it's an end of high season, so the resort was quite which I like, I can have a pool by myself and it's stunning beautiful with landscape and beautiful buidling!

Little light in the rooms and we had to pay 25€ extra for baby bed. That was not written on booking and we never had to pay extra for the baby bed.

Expect to have to bring your own sponges, washing up liquid, salt, oil, vinegar, matches for the gas stove. Ask for a kettle if you want one.

Quiet, clean excellent location for visiting Certaldo, Volterra, San Gimignano, Siena, Petriolo and others. Breakfast is pricey but very good. Friendly and responsive staff.

Tenuta Decimo's location is amazing, with beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside, and very well kept grounds, makes you feel right at home. The staff is very welcoming and courteous, and the food at the restaurant (Borgo Mariano) is fantastic.

No shower gel in bathrooms although they were listed in booking.com. We checked with the receptionist and she gave us a pack of 3 very small bottles for 6 people. No soap in kitchen to wash glasses properly.

The location was excellent - very quiet and surrounded by nature. However it's a must to rent a car. Room had a private outdoor area which was great. The pool area was very quiet and clean. The restaurant had reasonable prices and food was great.

Our apartment was perfectly nice, characterful and reasonably spacious, but it was very dark because the windows in the ancient buildings are small. For this reason, we would have appreciated more lighting inside. Our outside space was very close to other guests, so when we wanted to stay up late to chat and play cards etc, we used the tables and chairs in the communal grounds outside the Restaurant, which worked well.

The Grounds and house are beautiful and the pools are well maintained. The staff were helpful, friendly and accommodating with all our various requests: They helped us to organise activities (horse riding highly recommended) and sorted out any queries or small issues quickly and effectively. The Restaurant is attractive, serves good food and is convenient (also great staff - they were so helpful in helping to make my husband's birthday dinner special). The location is well situated for all the wonderful Tuscan sights. We were able to walk into the local village and enjoy a pizza, which was a bonus. There is a good variety of different options available for breakfast and the terrace is pleasant.

- I wasn’t aware there were two separate sites which meant a short (uphill) walk for breakfast - but we actually enjoyed the morning walk in beautiful surroundings - There are cats around which were abit of a pain as we were travelling with a baby and they constantly jumped up on our table so we couldn’t use the outside area of our apartment

The music in the garden, for us, was disturbing. It is so nice and peaceful there that we could do without the music. Some more cloth hangers would have been good

Centrally located to Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra, ……. Very nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast The views are amazing and it is so quiet, which is nice. Nice big pool.

Breakfast could be more various. One type of ham and cheese every morning. Omelete and scrambled eggs cost extra fee. The lady at the restaurant in the evening didn't speak English at all so it was a little hard for us to communicate.

The location is perfect. Both buildings - the Villa and Borgo Mariano are in the middle of the beautiful Tuscan country side. The closest little town is 5 minutes drive. We stayed at Borgo Mariano and the place was so quiet and peacefull. We had our own little stone house which was an apartment with a spacious patio. The bed is comfy. Overall our stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing hideaway this place is for you.

Location is amazing but beds could have better as my son's sofa bed was really hard and uncomfortable. Other than that the restaurant food was of great value and delicious.

We stayed in an economy room which was just fine however contrary to what the pictures suggest the room with couches is no part of it. They charge € 10,00 p.p. for breakfast so you got good expectations but it was actually so minimal and of such a low quality that it is just shameful to charge anything for it.

It is at a beautiful building at a quiet location with a great view and with easy and close exit to Sienna, Florence and the Chanti area. The food at the restaurant was very good. Also the WiFi was good, even at the far corner of the pool.

We had a fabulous time at Tenuta Decimo. The property is comprised of two sites, Borgo di Mariano and Villa Dini, which are walking distance from one another. Both look incredible with rustic looks and surrounded by vineyards and greenery. It was so incredible that I decided to propose to my (now) fiancèe while on a walk around the property, and we are now considering having our wedding here. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. There's also a restaurant on site ("Locanda del Borgo" at Borgo di Mariano site) which we didn't get the chance to try, but it looked lovely! The location is impeccable if you're looking to be immersed in the tuscan hills while soaking up the sun and have a glass of your favourite Vernaccia/Chianti. Can't say enough what an amazing find this was and we really can't wait to be back.

Reception far from room, parking outside not front of house No fully equipped kitchen in room, No toaster No matches or lighter (got one afterwards) No tongs No vegan breakfast or dinner available for us Long grass in the property not allowing walks around with kids. Beautiful area for such a poorly maintenance Wifi doesn’t reach bedroom Cats everywhere, can’t open windows because no fly screens installed and the cats squeeze inside You have to take Rubish outside to the bins at checkout otherwise you get penalised. They tried to charge me for a crib, which we didn’t request and they didn’t provide

The location was excellent for visiting the various towns but you do need a car. The facilities were good and the apartments had everything you needed.
