A lot of stairs if challenged at all. New mattresses needed. Breakfast wasn’t what we like but I think most would find adequate.

The hosts were courteous and welcoming. My kids and I liked being in the center of everything for the day. We enjoyed the eateries nearby and the culture we explored. The home is definitely one we would stay in again if we were to come back.

Guesthouse was in a great location, smack in the middle of everything with plenty places to drink and eat around. We actually booked both rooms so we had the whole apartment to ourselves which was great as it's quite large and spacious and very clean and relaxing. Staff were absolutely fantastic, very very helpful, they gave us plenty advice and also plenty of breakfast! Highly recommend staying here, will stay again if in Civittavecchia.

So glad we stayed here 1 night before our cruise departed Civitavecchia. Us being from the other side of the world - "New Zealand" communication was everything! And Daniela and Gianni were amazing. English speaking Daniela even arranged our private car transport from/to FCO to Civitavecchia. They met us and checked us in personally and allowed us to check in very early which was so amazing as we had just spent 24hrs on planes and needed to rest and freshen up. I cannot think of anything. Getting our luggage up the stairs inside the apartment to the 2nd floor was tough. There is an elevator in the building. That’s just because they were steep and we are old. Our hosts helped us out.

The property was adorable. It was cozy and comfortable. The property was on the 3rd floor with windows/shutters that opened onto the city square. The location was within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Everyone in the area was very kind and friendly. Our hosts, Daniella and her husband were the best. They recommended places to see and eat when we asked. Their hospitality was wonderful.

The room was upper level with great view but the walk up the steps was a workout. There is a tiny elevator that fits 2 bags and 2 people. If you’re claustrophobic. It may not work for you. The electricity went out so it wasn’t an option one day. Good thing it wasn’t when we were leaving or coming or hauling the bags would have been another adventure!

The location was great! Shopping, walking and close to transport. Nice court with restaurants below.

Daniela and Gianni were wonderful hosts. They were there to greet us after our walk over from the train station( 3 blocks or about 600 metres). Our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We had been travelling all day so when we asked about local restaurants they recommended one right next door which was indeed excellent. We have stayed in Civitavecchia before so we knew our way around town but we were looking for something close and good. Daniela also arranged for us to share a private taxi ride to the cruise port the next morning . We would heartily recommend this guesthouse.

The Couple who run - own are very friendly & knowledgeable of the area! These keep the place spotless very clean . We are from NYC & we loved our stay here. I would highly recommend and we would stay there again!!! It is so close to shopping waterfront , and so close to the port. We walked from the port to this hotel with luggage and it’s very close ! ❤️😊❤️
