We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe staff doesn’t speak much English, though it’s listed in their post. The breakfast is just a voucher for a croissant and one coffee at a patisserie across the street and down a bit. That’s just not what I thought the breakfast was at booking. The rooms are clean and large and the woman who helped me check in late was very kind and helpful!
The location is amazing. 5 minute walk to all the best the city has to offer!

Everything was amazing. From the first step i felt like home. Il bagattino is a very familiar apart hotel. It is modern but in the same time.bring the italian vibe within. It is located in the Ferrara central part 5 min away from the Castello Estense. The room was big enough for two persons. Bed was very confortable having two tips of pillows. The interaction with personnel and the owner was also amazing sharing a lot of interesting ideas about Italy
