The room size is really too small for 4 people. We made a mistake with the dates and contacted the hotel to change them. The hotel only responded after the booking platform intervened, which was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast was very good, various choices, and the service was excellent. The rooms were clean and the hallway very quit. Good value for the money.

The room had 2 double beds in but not much space to manoeuvre around.

The hotel was fairly modern. Good air conditioning. Comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and drinks at the bar come with a whole host of snacks. The room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. Close to the train station.

There were some mosquitos, when i arrived there were 4 mosquitoes in the bathroom, but after killing them there was no further issue. The TV was an old plasma TV, i mean it was okay for the price, but it would be nice to see a smart TV there.

It was really great. One thing I didn't like - it is very minor - there wasn't an electric plug on each side of the bed

Access to the hotel from the airport was difficult as I am unfamiliar with metro and buses in Milan, so can be a bit pricey to access, especially late at night. Air con could have been more effective but we appreciated the reception giving us a second room card to enable us to keep it running whilst we were out.

I liked the spacious room, fresh continental breakfast and helpful staff. Staff made the quadruple room up into 4 single beds, on request, which made my friends and I much more comfortable in the Italian heat.

Room too small for a family room. Air-conditioning was too high, even on the lowest setting.

A little far from the centre . It required a bus and train, and the transport system was not overly timely, so lots of hot weather waiting. Also, most definitely the worst dinner bistro experience ever. My chicken breast was rated worse than a frozen microwave meal. My husbands lasagna, no better. Simply inedible and really terrible, give room service and dinner bistro a wide berth. The breakfast on the other hand was fresh and plentiful so definitely choose that!

The breakfast was fabulous. Plenty of choices and lots available. We liked having friendly reception that helped out with printing of tickets and giving directions. The rooms were clean and comfy and it was accessible to the centre. He had a couple of local restraunts available. Overall a good stay

Location is a 20 min walk from Milano Centrale with no obvious public transport connections. Uber we paid 18 Euro to get back to Centrale with our cases.

Room was modern and clean. Breakfast was very good with plentiful choice of fresh items. Staff accommodating, room was ready early so able to check in at 12 which was a hugh bonus.

I stayed at this hotel for the sole reason that the hotel advertised an airport shuttle. I even called ahead of time to confirm and was told to send my flight details. There is no shuttle; they connect you with a private taxi service. If this was communicated, I would have just stayed somewhere close to the airport, not a hotel on the other side of town that advertises transportation to the airport.

The hotel was clean, people were nice, and provided sufficient amenities.

There were only 2 restaurants close by we didn't feel safe enough to walk as street lighting wasn't the best. There also isn't easy access to public transport despite being located right next to the tracks.

The hotel was clean and comfortable with a carpark that was handy. We found driving in Milan quite easy with a good car park in central Milan.

Next metro station is a 15 minutes walk. There can be long wait times at the reception when a whole bus of guests arrives.

Friendly and efficient staff. Nice rooms, clean, in good condition. Easily accessible by car. Very quiet rooms. Very good breakfast.

It was q little far from the centre of Milan . Being a solo traveller it took me an little over an hour to walk

Position is not easy to get Milan's center in walking distance but there are buses connection. Room's door closing doesn't work well

IH Gioia Hotel has good rooms also for people with disabilities that are large and supplied. Buffet breakfast is fine with sweet and savoury dishes
