The bath shower knob was broken. The wifi did not work. There was no netflix.

The bed was very comfortable and the room and the bathroom were quite big. The room was also clean with a nice view through the big window. The airconditioning worked great.

There could be more hooks in the bathroom. The mattress was a bit bouncy, springs not too supportive, Safe enough neighbourhood but not as clean as other parts of Milan.

Attentive check-in and good advice. Good internet, well sized rooms, Choice to eat meals in ground floor restaurant. Lots of electrical sockets in convenient places. Good sound insulation and view. Good choice of breakfast and ethnic and local restaurants in the area. The area had a multiethnic feel to it.

It was not very clean, spiderweb with a live spider in one corner in the room and the visit from the police was unusual.

Staff was great and it was close by the concert venue although it was quite out of the way for everything else.

The bed is low and the mattress is a little hard. The shower is not cleaned enough, traces of limescale are visible.

Close to the metro, 20 minutes to the Duomo and 15 minutes to the Central station. There is a large store nearby. The hotel was quiet, we received new towels every day.

Out of their control but water pipe broke so had no hot water, second off all they were doing work to their restaurant downstairs.. getting woken up at 7:45 in the morning to constant drills is not pleasant, I understand work needs to get done but I feel they should have respected the fact it was too early for them to start work in this type of establishment, especially when people are sleeping, if they had started at 9/10am I wouldn't have minded

It was in a vibrant area with good pizzerias and a sushi restaurant within a minute walk of the hotel, the metro station is less than 5 minutes away with a supermarket across the road

Only downside was that the Wifi didn't work. You can try to connect to the wifi, but every time that I tried to connect it said "IP address not found".

1. The room and hotel in general were spotless 2. Room has everything you need, the bathroom was massive. 3. I read on a couple of comments that the location wasn't that good, but in my opinion the location is good. There's a metro station close by that takes you to the main touristic sties. There's a supermarket right in front of the metro station were you can buy whatever you need. Last but not least, if you want to have a nice and not that expensive dinner, there's a pizza place called "Al Paradiso della Pizza" just across the street. The street was also pretty busy and never felt "dangerous" for me.

Nice Hotel with a shop close by, a pizzeria close by and just a walking distance from the Metro and Bus Stop. Air Conditioning comes with booking. You may need to pay some City Tax when you arrive. The room was spacious. A hot water shower was available. ID details may be required for any guest that comes to visit you. Overall... Excellent 👌

They add extra charges once i arrived and every minimal thing i request they asked for extra fee (for example extra pillow) And all the client complaining all the day and they are very stupid

You have to have very low expectations for your stay in this hotel. The refrigerator does not work, the safe is there but it is not anchorred to anything so it is practically useless. Cloth hangers are just the cheapest wired hangers. No electric water heater for coffee. The bathroom sink sits on top of a cheap plywood shelf that is painted in ugly green color. The only cup you can find in the room are two cheap, disposable plastic cups for tooth brushing. On top of all these, you do not even get a greeting or smile from the host when you pass the front desk.
