The decor and room facilities are very basic, well maintained but dated.

Location is excellent, very friendly helpful staff, the free bike loan was great. Everything is very clean and relaxed and the breakfast is good. The view is everything you could imagine.

This hotel enjoys a fantastic location right by the lake, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were courteous and welcoming, and the room matched our expectations. Breakfast was varied and satisfying. We look forward to returning.

The room had all the functional things but lacked some colour and cosy feeling - 4 white walls with beds. The lights were also very white/blue light. The view and overall hotel was lovely, i think that the room would benefit from a pop of color and some frames and warm lights.

Parking can be challenging with very limited space near the hotel, as it's public parking near the lake. We had to make multiple passes and wait for free slot, and it's quite expensive to park as well. Not easy to make U-turns in a crowded Italian small town streets.

Nice view over the lake to the city and mountains. We had a dramatic thunderstorm most of the night flashing outside above the peaks, a quite the show to watch from the balcony! Breakfast was good for the money.

Rooms were quite basic, and the beds were just okay. The breakfast was also simple, but considering the fantastic location, the price was an excellent deal.

Fantastic location, just a short walk from the lake and nearby restaurants. It's an ideal spot for motorcycle travelers, as they provide a small garage specifically for bikes. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel itself seems quite old and the breakfast isn’t top notch.

While they charge for dogs, they welcomed us with a bed(sleeping pad), bowl, dog poop bag, and two cookies for my dog in the room. The view from the room was wonderful.

Price of 150 euros plus for a backside horrible view full of mosquitoes. Facilities are worn out, from bathroom to bedroom. Not even a fridge provided
