How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The proximity to the airport and the convenience of the shuttle service. 5 minutes away from the airport by shuttle. Breakfast was an option starting at 5 am. Calm and close to a nice little village where we had a walk the evening before.

The restaurant menu can have more options.
Neat and tidy rooms, the view of the old clock tower. Smiling and cordial staff. Shuttle service to the airport every 30 minutes is great!

A number of fittings in the bathroom were either broken or didn't work. I found it impossible to shower without getting a considerable amount of water on the bathroom tiles. I found the absence of a kettle and sachets of coffee or teabags disappointing.
The internet was excellent. I found the bed and pillow comfortable. The breakfast was average but, considering it was E10 reasonable value.

Bit expensive for the location (city centre is almost an hour away) and need to go to the airport for any public transportation.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was tasty. They provide 24*7 shuttle service to and from the airport at minimal cost.

There were 3 insects in the room. There was a strong smell of dust inside the room and the hallway.
The shuttle is very convenient for a late night flight. The staff were very nice.

The shower head was broken/leaking so the water sprayed where you did not want ... they should probably fix that. The beds are full size. They fit our family fine two to a bed, but a larger person may need their own bed.
The airport shuttle was super convenient. Prepare to pay five euros (cash). The room was a little hot when we arrived (this was August) but the A/C did not take long to cool it down. The restaurant and bar on site was very convenient for a quick bite and a drink. Just don't expect a gourmet meal.

Hotel was quite old, and there was not a pleasant odor in the corridors
There is shuttle bus connecting it to the airport (5€ per person per trip). Ride is only 7 min. Room was quite spacious, yet requires some reparations.

Everything was ok
Very good location if you need a place to stay overnight while waiting for a flight. Free shuttle bus from one terminal to another stops near by.

Nothing. We arrived, slept, ate breakfast and left, so we not there long. Nothing to complain about, though.
The hotel is very convenient for the airport and has an excellent shuttle service that runs though the night. The reception is 24h so we were able to arrive at night with no issue. The rooms are perfectly comfortable and the breakfast was good quality. Overall, a very positive experience.

The reception staff can be more inviting, helpful and friendly. The entrance to the building can do with some renovations.
Very nice hotel room. Spacious and clean. Everything you need. Perfect for overnight close to the airport. The shuttle bus drivers were very nice.

Some renovation is taking place on the third floor, and it was dirty in the corridor. Wifi reception was very bad in the evening.
Easy to get to the airport, 8 minutes away. The restaurant has good selection gor dinner at good prices. The rooms are big.

The shuttle bus should be convenient but in our case we couldn’t easily identify it and had to wait for it to return. Otherwise relatively convenient stay over option.
Solid option if staying over for a connecting flight. Room was clean.
