it's 10/10 in my opinion

Anna went far beyond my expectations. She was there to meet me - having answered 10s of questions in the days before I got there. There was a welcome pack (which I wasn't expecting). The accom is excellently appointed and extremely quiet (although Alberobello is hardly a noisy place!). I'm booking for next year!

The apartment is a hidden gem, highly recommended to anyone! Furthermore, the host went up and above to welcoming us, and contributing a lot to making my mother Birthday's unfortgetable. She helped us with a free parking as well, and welcomed us with a pack of goodies: different kind of local cakes and a bottle of champagne. Thanks a lot once again for making it a memorable experience!

There is truly nothing negative to say about her home, as Anna's meticulous attention to every detail leaves no room for complaints.

Arriving early from Matera, we asked Anna if we could leave our bags at the accommodation, fully aware that it might be inconvenient for her. Despite the potential discomfort, Anna was incredibly gracious and allowed us to store our luggage while she prepared the home. Located just a short, tranquil walk from the village, Iannet stands serenely apart from the bustling crowd, nestled among other trulli but away from any noise. Upon our return, we found the house in pristine condition. Anna had gone above and beyond, baking not one, but three homemade cakes for us! The fridge was generously stocked with an array of beverages, yogurt, grapes, milk, eggs, ham, and bread. We indulged in her delicious cakes with coffee in the morning, afternoon, and night—because why not? Anna is the heart and soul behind this enchanting home. Her attention to detail is evident in every corner of the house. From the stylish retro kitchen appliances and antique collections to the unique cookware, every item adds to the charm of the place. An unexpected delight was the addition of blue and pink LED lighting in the shower, enhancing the experience and reflecting Anna's thoughtful consideration for her guests' well-being. Staying at Iannet isn't just about finding a place to sleep; it's about experiencing true hospitality. Anna's efforts to maintain and present her home beautifully made our stay unforgettable. Perfect location (5 min walk to the trullo zone) and great ecperience to rxperience Alberobello during the evening, night and early morning to avoid the crowds. The apartment is very cozy and so nicely furnished with great care. Super clean, comfy and lovely scented with pleasent smell. The host Anna prepaired us two homemade cakes, yougurs , water, juice, milk, bread, fruits, ham and cheese for the breakfast. On our arrival she even prepared for me coffe in caffetera😃. She is very caring and upfront comunication via whats up was very smooth. Free parking 5 minutes away and you can drive to unload infront of the door of the apartment - very convinient. We were so glad that we booked this property.

I am very happy to have stayed here. The host is amazing and made sure we had a wonderful stay. She expertly guided us to the free parking a few minutes away. The fridge was stacked with milk, yoghurt, cold cuts, juice & eggs. There was fresh bread and a delicious homemade cake & a cherry pie specially prepared for us. We were celebrating my parents' anniversary and she had a bottle of wine waiting for them. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very spacious. There are several trulli houses just across the road. There is also a supermarket nearby. All in all a fantastic place to stay. I would surely stay here again.

The whole apartment is stunning and very spacious. Beautifully decorated. The breakfast was delivered fresh to our apartment at our selected time. Free parking is only a five minute walk away. It is in the perfect location, close to Trulli's and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Parking was a minor challenge. Had to walk about 5 minutes to get to car as there is no parking allowed in front of apartment. Sofa was very uncomfortable .

The proximity to central part of Alberobello. Nice apartment. Anna was very welcoming. We appreciated the home baked goods and other breakfast items provided. If you need to use the washer be sure to ask as it is usually in a locked storage area off patio. It is a bit awkward to use but we were glad to have access to it.

Location was excellent. Apartment was fantastic. Very clean and comfortable. The 2 bedrooms/bathrooms are either side of the main living/kitchen room so giving more privacy if you are not 1 couple. Anna the host, was very friendly and helpful, giving us suggestions. She had stocked the fridge with water, juice, cheese, ham, yoghurt and there were 2 delicious home-made cakes for breakfast, plus a huge tub of cherries. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

EVERYTHING. Probably the best accommodation we've been at (and we traveled all over the globe). Friendly Anna, very clean facility (it can accommodate a family of 4 or even 2 couples! - 2 separate rooms with bath), full kitchen, parking spot, central location, 150m from the basillica. Superb!
