Host sent clear instructions about how to enter the property and park. Parking was more expensive than we expected and so be prepared for that. Room was pleasant and clean and location is perfect for an evening in town and its easy to walk to the train station to reach 5 Terre.

No facilities as it’s just a series of rooms in an apartment block. They met us there to complete the check in process and then left.

Well located in city centre near restaurants and shops. 10 minutes walk from the station. Helpful staff with good communication ahead of our stay. Good for an overnight stay. Easy check out as everything paid in advance and no key to hand in- all done via digital door codes.

Super comfy, cozy, and clean rooms in the center of the city, close to everything you could possibly need. They offer a self-check-in service and an elevator, though the rooms are situated on the first floor, making them easily accessible. Communication with the host was easy and fast. I would love to return to this place again and would totally recommend it.

Check-in is flexibel and easy. Personal is very nice and friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. Location is central. I would love to come again.

The bathroom was small and the sink was way too tiny. The heaters worked but made large noises.

The location was amazing, on the walking street filled with restaurants and shops, lots of people. A few minutes walk to the train station that goes to Cinque Terre. Staff were friendly and helpful even though I never met them in person. Easy checking in and out.

Very difficult to arrive by car. You have to find a spot in a nearby valet for 30EUR and call them 1h ahead to collect the car. If you dont use the service, you may be fined for entering the old town.

The apartment is right in the city centre so it was a bit loud at night even with the closed windows. The sink drain was clogged

Because apartment is located in the city centrum it might get a bit loud. However, with the closed windows it was not a big problem.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 people, it was comfortable and spacious enough. Very clean, location is great, a lot of cafe's around and train station is close by. One thing I want to note is friendliness of the stuff: lady who met us and did check in was super helpful and nice!

The only downside was that it was on a busy pedestrian street which was noisy until the early hours, probably not helped that it was a Saturday night

The whole process of booking and checking was dealt with very efficiently, friendly greeting. The room was like a boutique hotel, spotlessly clean and well presented, comfortable bed and everything we needed. Just a few minutes walk from the train station and in the middle of all the restaurant and coffee shops

There was nothing disturbing; we found the apartment to be pretty quiet. The location is right in the city center, but there is no noise. We appreciated the option to do a self check-in. Also, we had possibly to pay day after. I can't recommend it for a longer stay because it isn't very spacious.

Thanks to the video sent via WhatsApp, we easily found the apartment and entered it using the self check-in option. Because the apartment is located in the historic center, we parked the car a bit further away, about a 5-minute walk. In the evening, we easily found a large number of restaurants nearby. We found the apartment clean and equipped with everything necessary, perfect for a one-night stay.

Very comfortable. Really good location with a short, safe walk to the trainstation. There is also a lot of shops and restaurants just outside the door. The host was super helpful with recommendations for the area. We highly recommend this place.

Everything was perfect with our stay, the host so helpful and gave us a lot of advice regarding the city and what to do; also she gave us a map for the cinque terre along with the train schedule, the location is just perfect in the center of La Spezia and near the train station, the room is clean and big and has everything in it. Exceptional stay !

Location was great! Roberta was very nice and helpful throughout our whole stay and was very accommodating, I would definitely stay here again. She also gave us lots of great tips for things to do and see around town.

Thank you for the pleasant stay and a friendly introduction with tips on the Cinque Terre area! The room was nice and clean, wifi worked well and we slept well at night after long day pf hiking of the trail. I can wholeheartedly recommend!

As I said above, having no instructions or personnel at the property to help with checkin was unpleasant and took a long time to get assistance.

The location was fine, but not having anyone there to help with checkin...never having had a situation where we had to contact the property and they then sent a code for us to get into the building and eventually get into the room...was unacceptable. We should have been made aware of the lack of front desk and someone at the building to help us check in....NEVER AGAIN>
