The room was very comfortable - I assume it has been upgraded since some of these reviews as there was heating and a/c. Bonus of the fridge being stocked for a small fee if you used any items

The location is unbeatable—situated in the old city yet easily accessible by car or on foot. The Duomo is just around the corner, and the port is only a 5-minute walk away, offering easy ferry connections to Bellagio and Varenna. The house is secure, and I felt completely safe throughout my stay. While the room is small, it includes all the necessary amenities. I absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend it for its convenience and charm!

The room is too small and really cold. Only has 1 thin blanket in the room, really freeze in the night and the heater hasn't work

The location is located in city center, the security is great. Around the house has many places to eat.

Room smells of smoke upon entering. Bathroom has a particular smell ,smoke plus something. Bathroom tiles not cleaned well. This accomodation has potential if the owner will invest a little bit on it.

There was a small smell - smoking we guess - in the room, covered by some room fragrance. In order to be ok with the air we constantly had the window open - and were cold because there was only a very thin blanket. On top we would have wished for other pillows -these were too hard and thick for us so we both ended up sleeping without a pillow. And as a last suggestion: we bought soap and left it in the bathroom. That we think is a minimum of toiletries that should be available.

The location couldn't be more central! Excellent really. Also not too loud. The room was absolutely clean, the bed very comfortable. There was coffee and tea and a fridge at our disposition. The self checkin worked without a problem

The room was not good enough for someone on a holiday expecting accommodation of a reasonable standard not a room on the roof. There is no clothing cabinet and the toilet is very small.

I liked only the location and the attitude of the owner.

A great place to stay in Como, within walking distance of everything. It was on the 3rd floor with an elevator, but it was still perfect; I would definitely stay there again. It was as comfortable as my own home, and the location was perfect. It was more comfortable than most hotels.

It was a little tricky locating the building. But once you find the pizza place you’re there.

We were given an early check in which was much appreciated as we had travelled by train and didn’t want to be walking around como with bags! Great aircon. Was 33 degree’s outside 🥵 Bed very comfy. Small room but it’s all we needed. Fridge stocked up. Good communication from owner. Great pizza place right outside highly recommend!!

The elevator is suck, It's 4th floor There is only ground AC, and you have to open the window all the time to extract the hot air.

The apartment was in a very sketchy location, the window which could not be closed due to the portable AC to work looked over another room with people sleeping on bare mattresses. The apartment had holes in the walls and overall not visibly appealing to stay in.

The owner was very fair with us by offering half of the non refundable fee back as we wanted to leave como immediately due to heavy thunderstorms throughout the day and due to the location of the apartment.

Very noise air machine. It cant use when you sleep. If window was open from outside came also very noise air machine Window was too close wall and opposite was other room window. Door not open all and hit bed. Room is too small for two people. Door lock was not correct to outer door. The room did not match the price.
