The place was a bit dark. Also the shower curtain didn't look that clean, but other than that everything else seemed pretty clean and smelled nice

Bed was comfy, sheets were clean, the access through all the locked doors was relatively easy. The owner's instructions were clear enough. There were croissants and coffee for breakfast - I did like them.

Breakfast was a little lacking, there maybe could've been some fresh fruit or something.

The room and bathroom were all clean, with more than enough towels provided. I didn't mind the bathroom being external to the room as it is private and you can still lock it from the outside. We arrived quite late and the owner was able to accommodate us. Overall the place is excellent value for money.

The room is so clean,the location is convenient, and hosting Michele is so friendly and responsive, plus he is so flexible. Our first night, we arrived late, but still, he waited for us to guide how to check-in smoothly. Because of our comfortability in this accommodation, we are already planning to stay again.

The location of the property is perfect! It is only a few minutes' walk to where I had my business trip. The place was very clean. The host and the cleaning lady were so nice and friendly. They changed my towel daily just like staying in a hotel. All the necessary facilities were available, such as hair dryer, kettle, and washing machine. I put my clothes in the washing machine the night I wanted to do laundry, and the next morning they were washed and on the hanger. For breakfast, there were bread, capsule coffee and milk, and they are totally free! Another plus is the high-speed WIFI. Watching YouTube videos was so smooth! Just do not forget to ask the host about check-in procedure in advance if you are in a hurry. Highly recommend!

We didn't know that we were going to check in independently. We didn't receive any instructions on how to enter the apartments. We had to call to explain to us. After that, everything was OK

Even if a place is a little far away from the center, it takes just around 15-25 minutes to walk there (15 to the train station, around 25 to the Old Town) and it wasn't a problem at all for us.

The place was really nice! It has absolutely everything one might need: a good bed with sheet, towels, an iron, a hair dryer, rockets near the bed, the fridge. The owner gave us the room with the private bathroom as a present as it was not booked during our stay, which was very pleasant! In the bathroom there was even a shampoo to use. Everything was clean, the room and the bathroom were spacious. Plus there was a balcony! And it was easy to open all of the windows, there were modern white plastic windows. In the kitchen there's also everything: cutlery, a kettle, a coffee machine. They have many types of tea, also drinking water and for breakfast you can have some crackers (like toast) with jam, cereal (the milk is also there), some pastry and coffee, all is included in the price already. The host was super nice! All in all, I didn't expect much if the place, but it exceeded my expectations!! The price is really affordable and I would highly recommend to stay in I due Baroni! Thank you a lot!
