Totally recommend this place, it exceeded our expectations. Very friendly and helpful owner that explained everything well and suggested activities in the area, was always ready to answer any question and help. the house is gorgeous, nicely decorated, very spacious and comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms and a living room also a garage and a nice garden. Moreover, the view is SPECTACULAR , the photos don't do it justice, in reality it is even better, simply breathtaking. The area is very good and close to everything like a super market and a bus station that enables you to reach the city center or the train station in a couple of minutes. You will not regret booking this place and you will have a great time with your family in this amazing city.

I loved the vibe of the apartment : elegant and quiet, with a spectacular view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. I also like that it’s not in the city centre but you can reach it in just 4min drive.

This is a really nice apartment. The view is incredible and the space is large and well designed with appealing decor. The bathroom is very good, everything was spotless and the house is very warm and cosy. We really enjoyed staying there and it was always nice to return to after being out. Furthermore, the host are very friendly, welcoming and kind. I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

It was really beautiful place to stay in Como and close to the Como lake. The place owner was really friendly and cooperative, also she recommended many places to visit and we just loved it. Sure it will be my place to stay whenever I get back to Como. The was so amazing especially in the morning.

The flat was too cold for us, which to that, the host explained there is a standard degree to have the heating kick off (which we are probably not used to) so not much we could do about it. Once the heating kicked up, it was great. Still something to take into account if visiting during cold weather.

Great view, large and comfortable flat, a lot of storage space, dedicated parking space. The host was incredible, welcoming and open for any questions including providing recommendations to make our stay interesting.

Feeling at home with all the cosy things around. The apartment is spacious, luminous, and full of taste. The view is outstanding. The kitchen is super clean and large and so are the bathrooms. I particularly loved the soap perfume in the bathroom :-)

We liked everything. It would have been good to have knives for bread and preparing food and scissors in the kitchen but everything else was beautiful quality. The outdoor sitting area could have done with a lawn mow and a cleanup and a bbq would be a nice touch but the weather had been so bad it was probably difficult to do.

The view was fantastic and it was spacious and comfortable. We were greeted by the host and farewelled with a bottle of wine due to the internet breaking down. This was in the entire area and no fault of the hosts. The parking was right on the property and very convenient.

The property is some distance from the centre of Como and there is a steep hill to negotiate if walking back.

The host, Irina, met us on arrival and gave us lots of useful information about the apartment and locality. The apartment itself was clean and spacious and the kitchen and rooms were well equipped. There is a local supermarket a short distance away and frequent bus services into Como centre as the car parks fill up quickly. The views from the windows towards the lake and hills are fantastic. The washing machine wasn't working but Irina did offer to do our washing if needed. Irina was friendly and approachable. She had provided several guides to the local area that were useful.

Distance from Como center. 30 min walk. But we knew about it going in. Window in the bathroom with bathtub was impossible to open.

The apartment is spacious and has an amazing view of the lake. It has a garage which was perfect for us since we had a car. The owners were very helpful, waiting for us very late at night to hand over the keys and letting us have a late check out. The place also has a really beautiful yard with a table and chairs and sun loungers where you can relax.

The flat is fantastic, located not in the Como center but do not be concerned, as it is a quite area with a supermarket nearby and Como town center is easily accessible. We enjoyed the location so much. The view is amazing. If you come by car, there is a garage at the property which is very convenient. You quickly start feeling like home at this place Thanks Irina the host for your hospitality and assistance.

Extra trash bin in the second bathroom is needed Regarding the air-conditioning in the bedrooms is located outside the rooms in the hallway between the two bedrooms so it was not cooling enough specially the first night the weather was hot, how ever it was ok later when the weather got better.

The place is wide and cozy with a amazing view of the lake just like the photos Very clean and neet. Great host who is alway available for what you need Kitchens had what you need... Suger, salt and pepper, oil, tea, coffee,, private car parking, nice garden, quite area near by a big supermarket.

Beautiful views of Lake Como from the property. Exceedingly kind hosts who made us feel so welcome and like family. We would definitely return when visiting again. Beds are comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms would make a family of up to 4 very happy for any long term stay.

when we reached we were greeted by the landlord Mrs Irina, what a nice person and down to earth kind enough to help us in any additional needs. even though our booking was non-refundable 09-12 July, we had to leave earlier one day and guess what? she refunded one night to us. not only very nice accommodation but also nice landlord. go there blindly and you will be happy

Everything was excellent, but our last day almost 4 hours before the check-out the electricity went off! The owner told me it was because of some construction nearby, but it wasn’t something will let me underrate this excellent place.

The view is wonderful, and the owners are helpful. The location is excellent as well, but I think (my own opinion) it’s better to have a car if you will stay here.

Being a top floor flat was quite hot and we were there during bit of a heat wave with high humidity but the sun shone so being picky!!

Superb views over Como and lake. Lovely host Irina incredibly helpful. Well equipped.
