The WhatsApp system for opening the door didn't work so we had to call one of the remote hosts, which took about 10 more minutes, but they were helpful.

The room lighting was somewhat dim. However, being a typical Japanese individual with dark eyes, it might be sufficient for those with lighter eye colors.

There is a large, well-equipped kitchen with everything you need. Centrally located in the heart of the town, it boasts a highly convenient location. Overall, it offers ample value for the price.

A firm bed could be more comfortable...

Great option when traveling on a budget. Spacious room with a balcony, 2 barhrooms and very well equiped kitchen. Location is a plus. I would choose this place again!

It was a bit cold, and they couldn't turn it on because of the central heating, but there should have been something extra to do about it. The doors were noisy.

Because the doors have glass with tape on it, when the light in the hallway would turn on, the bedroom would light up also during the nights. The doors were very noisy so being quiet during the night was impossible when leaving the room. Sounds from other rooms are easily heard.

It was easy to check in even when arriving late. The instructions given beforehand were very useful. When asked about parking and restaurants in the area I reeived a document with a lot of useful information. The location was close to the historic town, the shore and the train station was 10 minutes away. The room was simple, but spaceous and clean. The shared bathrooms were clean and since there were 2 bathrooms for 3 rooms, it didn't occur often that you had to wait.

Noisy door handles and automatically switching light in the corridor when someone goes to the bathroom at night was a bit disturbing (my sleep is very light).

Great location near Old city Bari, very comfortable and clean apartment, nice room (Cinema), well equipped kitchen with free coffee. Very prompt communication with the owners via Whatsup.

beds are very hard maybe get some mattress toppers will make so much difference! staff have to let you in by phone and if they aren’t available I had to wait out front for 20 minutes. they were very apologetic though.

large room, good kitchen facilities and two bathrooms shred between three rooms. staff tried there best and communication was mostly good. when a fan was missing from the room Lara had delivered within 1.5 hours thank you. free luggage storage at cafe down road was good thank you.

Extremely bright and noisy. We stayed in the cinema room next to a bathroom. The water pipes are so load and the bathroom door needs to be fixed as to close needs to be slammed. Please upgrade the bedroom doors so they have more(any) sound proofing. Impossible to sleep here as can hear everyone move around and the corridor lights are automatic and with glass panels in the doors makes no sense. Why not cut curtain up at least? Location is not marked so hard to know if you are in the right place and initial access co fusing for which number to contact.

It was freezing inside and, when we asked the host if it was possible to turn on the heat, they said it is not allowed past March 31st and that the heater is managed by the building system. So, we froze for the 3 nights we stayed here and I caught a cold which I am still trying to get rid of. I was lucky I didn't have a fever, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to follow our travel itinerary.

Good location, very close to the train station Bari Centrale and to the old centre, to the harbour and to many restaurants. Had a supermarket downstairs, so it was very easy to buy whatever we needed, so we gained time for other activities. Quiet area, we were not disturbed by traffic or any noise.

The constant pestering of the staff via WhatsApp and email prior check in to pay the tourist tax via Bank Transfer. Don’t understand why it is not included in the price like everywhere else . Dodgy door in the room, had to call host at 23:30 as I was locked in my own room. Same for front door apartment. Access through front door only via WhatsApp, which made me RUN for 20 minutes to the accommodation to gain entrance as I was running out of batteries and had no charger with me. Very stressful stay. Host needs to invest a bit more in the mattress as it is old and also in doors and general furniture. Didn’t feel comfortable.

Good location, supermarket is just down stairs, old town is just few minutes to walk. Very easy check in and check out, very friendly and helpful hosts, explaining everything via WhatsApp, gave us very good and useful advises, very easy orientation. We han an amazing stay!
