There were no disposable slippers and no electric kettle. The minibar water was expensive. Our friend was staying at a hotel near us in 2 walk, yet had everything included. Compared to that, this place felt a bit pricey for the amenities offered.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent—just a 10–15 minute walk to both the train station and the beach.

Although we were very satisfied, I have to note the following: The hotel doors are closed after a certain hour. Unfortunately, nobody at the reception had told us, we had to ring the bell at the front porch in order to get in at night. The night porter told us this the first night (not very friendly). The following two nights we had to ring multiple times and wait for a while. The last night we had to call the reception since the night porter wasn’t waking up by the bell after ringing for minutes. Maybe another system would be more reliable. Later, we heard others ring a lot that night as well. Two not as significant notes: Also, we had to ask 3 times for separat blankets - even though I booked separate beds. The room in the first floor was very loud in the morning because of the guests (from 7.30 a.m.).

Nothing! We are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel.

We spent four very comfortable and relaxing days in this hotel. It is situated in a leafy and quiet area, yet it's easy to reach the sea and the historical centre from there. The staff are very efficient, friendly and willing to help. We loved our room and our balcony. All the areas are very clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. The abundant breakfast is varied, with both savoury and sweet options and all of good quality.

I'm a quite tall an struggled to fit inside the shower, especially as the door opened inwards. It was quite a challenge to get out. Not sure they can do much about changing this though.

Great value for money. The location is amazing. About five minutes from the beach and the railway station. It is about fifteen from the town centre. Lovely continental breakfast. All of the staff I talked to were very helpful and friendly.

For breakfast there are many sweet things to choose from. But for somebody who doesn't like sweet breakfast so much, the choise is very poor. For 3 nights it's ok, but for more I wish more diversity.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. It was a little scary travelling alone to Rimini, but the staff reassured me where it was safe to walk around at night and early morning, especially the train station. Exceptional room service - very tidy every day!

Disadvantage of cozy little villa hotel is that there is bit excessive noise from other guests that wakes us up from sleeping. Also we would love some vegetables in the breakfast. There was fruit and lots of sweet choices, but less savory.

Nice cozy location with accomodating staff, comfy room with a balcony, nice breakfasts with many sweet choices. Also very near to the center, beach or train station.
