How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The place has seen better days, it feels a bit neglected. The room was very nice though. Service was polite but nothing more.
My room was basically a mini house with direct access to the big garden. The pool was included and self service breakfast had good options.

The room was relatively small, and a bright green light from the electrical panel affected our sleep quality. Other than that, we were satisfied with our stay.
The hotel is located between Ostuni and Cisternino, surrounded by olive groves. It had a beautiful pool, lovely landscaping, and a great breakfast. We stayed for one night and were very satisfied. I would recommend it in terms of value for money.

It is only 4km from Ossina but you do have to drive there. There is no public transport and an Uber is €25 one way. If you stay at the resort it is fine as you can read, chill etc but there is nowhere else in the area. Its remoteness is its charm.
A lovely little bungalow apartment chalet. The grounds are quiet and well kept and the whole place is very relaxing. The pool is very clean and the breakfast was excellent. Lots of parking space!

We stayed here so we had easy access to Brindisi for an early flight. So we really booked on price. However the property is nice. Everyone was so helpful and the breakfast was really good ( self service) . They have a clean modern pool and location would be good for travelling around at a very reasonable price.

The breakfast wasn't good- not many options and a lot of the food wasn't that fresh. Taxi from Ostuni cost 25 euro each way- very expensive. No bus route.
The pool area was really nice, lots of sunbeds and space. Our room was right outside the pool which was great. Location was a 10 min drive from Ostuni but we knew this before we booked.

No evening meal option was provided, so we had to travel a few kilometres into town to eat. Just as well we had a car.
Breakfast was a cold buffet with some variety, self service with tables on the tiled balcony overlooking the gardens.

For some reason reception over there is non existent and the hotel wifi is very weak.
Really nice and clean and super close to Ostuni. The staff is really friendly and kind. I would 100% go back.

Minimal staff at breakfast, who didn’t help me at all. Half of the meats and cheeses were gone. So, a croissant, coffee and juice. Room was very small and sited in the corner with a shared veranda (with a couple who smoked). Not well thought through by whoever allocated rooms.
Welcomed me and my dog. Pool looked nice. Garden was very green. Breakfast was help yourself which isn’t easy when your 40 kg dog also wants to.

The location is 5 mins far from ostuni Town. We found difficulty in finding a bus to pick up their. It's better to have a car or call a taxi.
The resort is really nice at the heart of a calm village surrounded by greenery and olive trees. The staff are welcoming. The breakfast was good. The pool is clean.

We were misinformed (our own fault perhaps) about the location. You can only really access this by car (no shuttle or buses running) so we ended up walking 5km on a dangerous road to get there! Wouldn’t recommend unless you had a car (especially since their restaurant is closed). The property has so much potential for an excellent stay, but some things need improvement. Mostly property upkeep and wifi coverage.
Beautiful property layout - being right on the pool, working from the veranda, and sitting out in the sun for a yummy breakfast. It was lovely!

Lighting at night was poor with someone with impaired eyesight. Room very basic but expected for the price.
Good value stop in a nice location. Nice staff, excellent breakfast with option to have outside under cover in a lovely setting. Excellent value
