How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The Hotel is near Central station, it has good connections with the city center, it is clean, rooms are big, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and you can leave the baggage there if you need to.

The sound insulation effect of the room is not very good. At night, you can hear the sound of trains
The service staff has a friendly attitude.Very enthusiastic. It's very close to Central Station. If the room is prepared, u can check in before 2 p.m.

Some reviews mentioned the breakfast as a plus, but for me it was the opposite. It had many options, but most of them were of bad quality (e.g. the coffee) or sometimes not refilled. Too many sweet options only.
It was a good option for staying near the train station. The room is quite big and the beds are comfortable.

Stayed for one night before travelling the next day. Perfect of you're on a budget. Short walk to Milano Centrale train station. Very calm area, nice staff and has the basic amenities you need.

I recently stayed at Hotel Terminal and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and located in a very convenient area. the lady who was working when I checked in, was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. They made the check-in process quick and smooth, gave great local recommendations, . Their warm welcome really set the tone for a great stay. 🚫

The noise of the trains was the only drawback.
The staff was great, but the location in relation to the train station was convenient, but also very loud as the trains ran at all hours of the night. The hotel location provided easy access, minutes, walking to the train station.

There were very limited sockets. Very uncomfortable shower. The room’s design is outdated looks like from 70s. And its incredibly hot inside the elevator.
Location is fine. Breakfast cost 10 euro per person and it is somewhat decent. The most important they have 24/7 desk which is super helpful. Air con was working great! Overall for a short stay its very nice!

The bathtub is very small, it's uncomfortable to use it, even if you only want to take a shower. The flat TV is very small.
Very good location, close to the Central Station. Bathroom is big and clean. Room is clean, bed is good.

Tea/Coffee arrangement in the room. Too few electrical outlets
Excellent location, minutes away from Milan Centrale as well as the shuttle buses to Malpensa airport. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, so was the bathroom. Friendly staff; the manager went out of her way to arrange for a fan as the AC was too less for a very warm night. Very convenient for a layover but a bit too pricey for the quality it offers if you are there as a tourist for more than a day.

It is a bit older of a building I think so outlets aren't as conveniently located near the bed.
I stay here whenever I am flying out of Milan. Its conveniently located next to the train station for the malpensa express in the morning and the metro station if you have time to spend in Milan. I'm never there long enough to comment on the breakfast or facilities. But for it's location it's quiet and they're familiar enough with me now that they recognize me when I arrive.

If more than one person or if you have electronic medical devices there is a scarcity of outlets in particular near the bed
Convenient location when needing to go in/out of Milan a short walk away from the train station (and thus with quick access to the airports).

Booked in last minute due to issue happened with my previous booking. Price was on the high side for this type of old small hotel. Shower water too weak and cold for hair and body washing.
