Wonderful property right near the Duomo. We had a suite which was wonderful with a few extras thrown in. We enjoyed our welcome drink and the food snacks in the bar. All the staff were amazing and helpful. Also the breakfast is the best we have had at any hotel!

Everything excellent

The location was excellent, and the staff were very professional and friendly. The entire hotel, including the room, was spotless, and as soon as you entered you could feel the freshness and cleanliness. In my opinion, this was one of the most high-tech hotels of my entire trip to Italy. The breakfast was also awesome.

The location was amazing. We were right in the Santa Maria cathedral which is on a very main spot. The staff were very kink and helpful. There are some amazing food places just a walking distance which made the experience exceptional!

We liked everything

This hotel is amazing. Location is perfect. The rooms are lovely and lots of thoughtful extras . Staff are the best. So helpful and friendly. When my daughter was unwell they helped get a doctor who was excellent and made a stressful circumstance much easier to deal with. Breakfast is the best! Would highly recommend.

All issues were resolved by the staff.

The location was top notch and the hotel staff resolved a few minor issues upon check in. The juice provided upon check-in was delicious. Overall, would book again.

Luxury hotel. It was exactly what we needed after a long day traveling. The tourist sites are literally around the corner. The views from the roof are spectacular. We stayed in the suite. It had a wow factor when you walk in. It was spotlessly clean and the beds were the comfiest I’ve ever used. The complimentary drinks on arrival and mini bar full of complimentary treats was a lovely touch.

We absolutely loved Hotel Spadai. The check in was easy peasy and took less than 5 minutes. The staff was warm, kind and enthusiastic to greet us. The room was spacious and very clean. Only a few steps from the Duomo. Definitely recommend. We will stay here again!

Everything was great!

The location is absolutely brilliant - one of our favourite cities especially because it was so easy to walk around to wherever we wanted. Spacious, effective air conditioning, elevators!, friendly staff, and we were able to get 2 out of 3 rooms together. The breakfast is lovely too with a wide selection of things available.

It was a last minute book due to a failure from Airbnb AC’s in a very hot Italian summer. Great location right in the center of the city. Staff, facilities and room were great. Very comfortable place.

It got a bit noisy outside at night, which was expected since it was in the middle of the city. Maybe, the windows can be improve the sound-proof quality.

The hotel was located in the heart of the city and we were able to get to most of the sites by walking. Staffs were always kind and helpful. Our room was clean and the amenities were good. Our family loved the stay at Spadai Hotel.

I’m a fan of the Spadai with my third visit upcoming. It is a nine minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, seven minutes to the Uffizi Galleries and five minutes to the Accademia Gallery. The breakfast is possibly the best I have experienced in a city hotel and the room, although compact, was comfortable with effective sound proofing. I loved that I could open the windows in the early morning. All of the staff were friendly and professional, especially the breakfast staff who went out of their way to assist guests.
