Room 103 was noisy in the morning but moved us to 318 with out any issue

Fantastic hotel beautiful rooms and amazing breakfast. Staff very efficient and friendly hotel located 20 min walk to most attar rooms surrounded by lots of restaurants cafe bars. Loved the art work in the hotel

It has been an unlucky 1-night that the air conditioner is malfunctioned. Opening the window to get the fresh air of summer night is definitely great yet the busy location of pantheon square is indeed quite noisy - preferable to ensure that the air conditioner is working.

It’s a great hotel right in the center of Rome. Staff was friendly, the room was spacious and impeccably clean and picking a room facing the inner courtyard was a great choice to sleep in and beat the jet lag. The pillow menu in the room was a welcome bonus. We can’t wait to be back.

Our room wasn’t in the main hotel building. It was in a building around the corner, which felt a little bit more like staying in an Airbnb and the room is very large, but really low ceilings. I would’ve felt better if the price wasn’t as much.

The elevator wasn't working one morning while we were there and it was tough getting to the top floor, especially with my Mom. Other than that, everything was perfect.

The location of the hotel was exceptional. It was easy to get to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The balcony facing the Pantheon was breathtaking!

The property had been renovated fairly recently and was beautiful overall. However, they used carpet for the flooring in the common areas (not the bedrooms) and this is already beginning to show some wear. This is a very minor thing but did take away from the overall aesthetic of the otherwise fabulous property on first impression. Given that the hotel is in such a busy area and our suite was on the first floor, there was some outside noise but it didn’t bother us. Having said that, our suite was elegant and comfortable. The air conditioning was ice cold and kept up, even in the middle of a heat wave. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Nothing to dislike whatsoever.

It’s quaint and cosy. Great location - nicely central for what we wanted to do/see. The staff were amazing - always happy and willing to assist, extremely personable - really very impressed. Our room was beautifully clean with everything we could ever want! We used the coffee machine very easily. The breakfast was great - good selection of items and plenty of coffee! It was all just perfect really. Would definitely recommend!

It was very noisy on the first floor given how busy the piazza is this is to be expected. But the late night and early morning noise of people, rubbish collection etc made it very hard to sleep.
