The hotel is located at a good distance from the train station. It is easy to go to a different part of the town. Very clean and quiet hotel.

What truly disappointed us was how rude most of the staff were. They clearly lack the warmth and professionalism expected in the hospitality industry, and it left us feeling unwelcome. In some occasions we asked questions and not even received an answer just someone pointing to whatever we were looking for.

Good location, near to Milano Centrale. Standard hotel and room for the price. Simple and fine!

Conveniently situated at walking distance to Milano Centrale station....and not far from tourist attractions ( if you dont like walking there is public transport). Many restaurants around. Clean, adequate amenities

The help desk for check-in and check-out was not really friendly, it seems he doesn't like to work with the public

The room was a little bit small but was comfy and clean, everything that you need was available... the breakfast was excellent and the service in the cafeteria was outstanding :)

The hotel is a bit old, which is starting to show. The cleaning is also not the best, but nothing alarming.

Good location with a walkable distance from the center and the main train station. A good and varied breakfast with different options to choose from.

Great location if you want to stay near the Central station area, which we did, and not too far a walk from the centre either. The staff were really nice, one in particular was very funny and friendly. And a couple of streets away there's a great vegan cafe (Nepa) for breakfast. Would recommend.

Breakfast was not good. There were not many food item choices. The sitting area was pretty cramped and congested. This is definitely an area that can be addressed and upgraded.

Hotel interiors, room looked brand new and beautifully renovated. Room was spacious and the interiors were beautiful. Air conditioner was working great and room was very cool and pleasant. Bathroom was large and spacious and very clean. Looked new! :-) The beds were clean and very comfortable. The hotel was well located and quite within the reach of Milan Central station and metro and tram stations. The hotel was great to stay after a hot and hectic sightseeing day!

My husband didn't like that the paprika they served during breakfast was a bit sour and soggy, and then the ham was not freshly cut and tasted old. The towels have a weird smell, but it's clean, though. Overall, that's the price that you get in a not so 5-star hotel.

It was our first time traveling to Italy for vacation and this hotel didn't disappoint. We were a family of 4, and the room was spacious enough for us, just to sleep for 3 nights, and since we're out the whole day, it is a value for money with breakfast included. Staff were very kind,friendly, and accommodating since we arrived. Parking place in front of the hotel, and the metro station is walking distance from the hotel. We were able to sleep well without any noise from the outside.

Not so welcoming staff day after. Breakfast ok, but cutlery and plates were not clean. A bit narrow serving-area, quickly filling with people helping themselves.

The service was poor, specifically from the gentleman at the front name Emmanuele. His poor attitude, rudeness and overall discontent at us almost ruined the stay. Breakfast was a bit rubbish as well, nothing special, just a normal selection of things you’d expect to see.

Location was great, only 3 mins to the local metro & then 8-10min journey into the city centre. Few shops and restaurants around if you needed to grab any snacks, drinks or extra’s. Hotel was also quite nice & modern inside. Cleaners were super helpful & sweet!

Should pay attention to the bathroom in room 202, the door of the shower couldn't close properly. If we didn't take care, everything would have been wet.

Location in a very ugly part of Milan (area rebuilt after ww2 with ugly architecture). Breakfast was not very satisfying, one day out of cheese! A bit small room.

Good location near Central Station. Room was as expected for price - decent size and clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was basic but good options of pastries, fresh coffee, cheese and cereal etc. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. Short 250m walk around the corner to the closest metro station which was easy to navigate to major tourist attractions across the city, Duomo just a couple of stops away. Highly recommend checking out Napiz for pizza nearby!
