Great location on the centre of all the Rome has to offer. Easy to get to main tourist attractions by foot.

It was somewhat old, no good lighting in the rooms, not enough charging spots and wasn’t that clean.

The location was great, it was super close to everything and in a good neighborhood.

Broken toilet seat, the corridor's front door was supposed to be opened with a code but was actually not closing so anyone could enter.

Great location, walking distance from most touristic places. The bed was confortable Very nice staff , very responsive amd alwahs willing to help, our checkin and check out were well organised

The equipments are a bit old and not in the best condition. The AC in our room are very noisy, we have to turn it off during the night. The electric sockets are not working very well either.

The stuffs are very welcoming and thoughful. The room are clean and comfortable. It's near the river and we can go to most of the main sightseeing point within half an hour of walk.

There was no wi fi signal, and in bathroom toilet flushing system was broken so water was flowing and flushing itself for first night. Second night they fixed it.

MOLD! MOLD! MOLD! So much triggered our allergies. Tiny ants all around. And no shower door or curtain, so water went everywhere.

A/C was a bit unpredictable. Stopped working one night and made uncomfortable. Had to get up and cool down by means of cold shower.

My biggest issue was that all the services and facilities advertised on bookings were not available at the property. Dry cleaning and laundry were important to us because we have been traveling for several weeks. While there was a self-service a block away that we ended up using, we didn't appreciate the false advertising. We had a similar issue with the shuttle service.

The location was wonderful and the rooms were very nice.

Not having 24 hour reception. Not to be able to contact anyone, because it was not clear how to. Realised I apparently should contact them via WhatsApp, but how would I know? Arriving late and key to room was taken by someone else. So a bit dramatic night, because the ones that took our room, had to find their room in another building. And that took some time, unlucky for us. I were traveling with my elderly mother.

Older property

Location is excellent 10-15 min from all activities sites restaurants. Everything was functional but It is an older property. We were satisfied, the young ladies at reception were all very nice and helpful!

It took a while to get into the room as I was put in another property. I’m not sure on the checkout process before reception opening times - it isn’t clear what people who have morning flights are supposed to do. Luckily someone was there early otherwise I would’ve had to leave the keys somewhere or I’d have missed my flight home.

The worst part is that there’s no signal in the hotel, and the Wi-Fi only works at the reception. There’s no Wi-Fi in the room. It might be a bit inconvenient, but it will help you disconnect from your phone.

The hotel is located in a great area. The staff, cleanliness, and comfort are excellent. Most importantly, the airport bus passes right near the hotel. The hotel is very close to both the center of Rome and the Vatican, within walking distance. Almost all buses pass by it.

We took the train into Rome from Florence merely for the overnight day before our flight back to New York. While this hotel is not necessarily close to FCO, it is very close to a shuttle bus service with a nonstop direct route to our terminal. The price of the trip was very inexpensive, I think it was about seven dollars in the pick up point with less than a quarter of a mile from the hotel. Our room was in an annex building about 100 yards away from the primary Hotel building. It was a decent day as a last minute behind. The neighborhood was safe and just a short walk to some shopping areas really can't say much more about the place we arrive the late in the day and departed early the next morning.
