Some noise did travel through the ceiling on the first night of our stay but it wasn’t a problem for the rest of our stay.

The breakfast had a great selection and the food was fresh and lots available. Good coffee and fresh juices too.

Staff are really welcoming and helpful It is near by the beach Lido is a nice place to stay at Far 40 min ; as you are in Lido from Venice ( you take bus for 5 stations 10 min , then you take ferry to Venice 20 to 30 min according to which station ) nice trip to not worry Very nice coffe and acceptable breakfast.

Brilliant hotel for exploring Venice and the Lido. The location of the hotel means you need to get a vaporetto to the main island But it's well worth it! You get to see Venice from the water and we always looked forward to the trip each day. Because the hotel is out of the centre it's the perfect way to unwind after a busy day exploring Venice. The staff were also super friendly and gave us greta advice.

Accommodation suitable especially for warmer days, ideally combined with swimming on the beach. Otherwise we cannot judge - we arrived late and left early. Helpful and very nice lady at the reception.

A warm welcome when I arrived. The lady at reception was very helpful with local information on transport and restaurants. Plenty of choice for breakfast. My room had a sea view. Easy access to the beach and sea front. Calm sea front location (out of season). Ideal for a stay away from the crowds of Venice with easy access by regular vaporetto services to La Serenissima. Short bus ride to Lido centre & vaporetto station for more restaurants and bars. A hotel address worth keeping for my next trip to Venice.

I got a room on the first floor, above the hotel netrance and the busy street. It was facing the sea but a building across the street was blocking the view. It was fine for one night in Ocotber but I would definitelly find it loud in summer - with more cars and guests on the hotel terace. Beside this, it was a really grate stay.

The receiptionist made me feel so welcome the moment I steped in. The room was small, but it had everything. I could leave my lugage there and check in later. It is literary next to the beach ( just cross the street). Breakfast was superb.

A little far from Venice but there's vaporetto+bus to the hotel. Last day was a foggy day and some vaporettos were suspended.

I would recommend adding another coffee machine downstairs and more tables for the breakfast, we had to wait for a bit before getting a table to eat.

The room was very clean. Cute balconies with a sea view was lovely, just as complementory wine. Breakfast was very good, i appreciated that veggies were part of it as well. Check in was simple, no real complaints.

This is a very honest and friendly hotel, run in the third generation by the owner. Located really close to the beach and everything you could possibly need in walking distance. We were greeted very nicely and even received a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. Our room had see view and a small balcony which was nice to sit on. Breakfast was available until 10:30 and was good with choices between sweet and savoury. If you fancy some great food in the evening, Bagno Marconi just down the road will look after you. A recommendation from our friendly receptionist.

The single room (36) had a bed that made me feel like the college days. Rather too small with very limited space on roll on the bed (See attached picture)

The breakfast lady could be more professional and wait with comments about guests until they leave the breakfast room. Some people understand the Italian language.

Some of the elements in the hotel might feel a little dated but at the same time this also ads to the charm of the space itself, it has a classic Italian home feel. The shower was a little small for a big person like me, but this isn't much on an issue to be honest.

The service was incredible and friendly, the hotel was 3 minutes walk from the beach and it was incredible value for money! I would definitely stay here again, my late checkin was handled with ease with them leaving my keys for me.
