The hotel doesn't have its own parking lot, but they recommend the nearby Plebiscito Parking lot, which offers a slightly discounted price. Parking in Naples is expensive, and since we drove, the traffic was chaotic. Our room was very close to reception, but it was fine.

Good breakfast, with a variety of local dishes. Friendly service. The location is excellent for the ferries to Capri, very close. It's also close to the city center. My expectation was that it might be an older hotel, but it was well renovated with very good accommodations.

The wifi could be a bit faster, the network was weak at times.

The hotel’s staff is very helpful and welcoming. Excellent location near the sea and the historic center. Clean and authentically decorated rooms evoking the Neapolitan history and culture.

The hotel is very pleasant to stay in. The staff is very friendly. The location is perfect - near old town, but too far to keep the noise away. :)

I have no complaints.

I wanna say that this Hotel was EVERYTHING. The staff was so helpful with helping me get a taxi, to giving me directions. The breakfast was phenomenal and the rooms were elegant. It's located near the water with TONS of restaurants and lounges nearby. Security was top notch. For my stay I enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to everyone!!

Really enjoyed staying in this area of Naples as it's much quieter and you are near the sea and some lovely restaurants. The staff i. the hotel were attentive and kind, the beds were comfy - and all at a good price!

The toilet didn't flush reliably, and the shower blocked up occasionally It wasn't close to a Metro station, and buses can be unreliable depending on traffic conditions

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable, and a continental breakfast was included so we didn't need to find a cafe

Fantastic location, super clean, very attentive staff who spoke great English. 24 hour reception which is fairly hard to find in Naples, under a certain price bracket. Breakfast was good/what you would expect. Just had everything you needed! Room had a safe, great Aircon (which didn't switch off without a key in like some places) toiletries were very nice, even the cleaners were lovely. For the price this is an unbelievable find given the location

The mattress could be a little bit softer. It was a little uncomfortable at times. The bathtub couldn't stand so much water flow so you should be patient while having a shower.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. All the suggestions from the receptionist were perfect. Also the guys running the breakfast area were very good at their job. They offered and made coffee immediately . The breakfast itself had quite a good variety of local products suitable for an Italian breakfast so you could have a very nice experience. The room and the hotel in general was very clean. You entered the room and you could smell freshness. You entered the hotel and you could smell clean. Also the area was very nice,next to the sea walk.

The Rex hotel is in a brilliant location with a beautiful bit of pedestrianised seafront just round the corner. It is comfortable and very clean with friendly helpful staff. We will recommend it to our friends.
