Our stay at Hotel Pop was nothing short of amazing ,it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel is ideally located, with easy access to everything we needed, shops, restaurants, and local attractions were all just a short walk away, making our trip incredibly convenient. What really made our experience stand out was the exceptional hospitality, especially from Renata. She was absolutely wonderful ,warm, attentive, and genuinely kind. She made sure we were looked after throughout our stay and always went the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. One thing we really appreciated was how thoughtful she was toward our 4-year-old son. She generously provided him with free breakfast, which was such a sweet and unexpected gesture. It’s little things like that which make a big difference when traveling as a family. We also arrived quite late one evening, just as the restaurant was about to close. Despite the timing, the staff still welcomed us and served us dinner without making us feel rushed at all. That level of care and flexibility meant so much after a long day of travel. Overall, the warmth of the staff, the comfort of the hotel, and the little thoughtful touches made this stay truly special. We highly recommend Hotel Pop to anyone looking for a place that combines convenience, comfort, and genuine hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit!

The location of the property cannot be beat. It is right across from the port. The beach is minutes away and there are lovely restaurants and shops around. The hostess was amazing. She went above and beyond to assist me with a few things. I recommend Hotel Pop

The hotel has only limited parking spots and there's also just a few free ones outside the hotel. A lot of paid parking spots (about 6€/day) which we used for our stay.

Our room was above the restaurant so it was very noisy in the early morning when they were setting up for breakfast and late at night when they were clearing up after dinner.

Our greeting on arrival was excellent. It felt very personal as we were taken to the room and shown the facilities. The hotel had a lovely family feel about it and the staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The restaurant is wonderful and we had two exceptional evening meals there. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

Do not trust the Free Parking, it is only free if they have availability and in 3 days there was no spot available. The guy in the reception did not make any effort to organize a spot for us. WiFi definitely does not work!!!

Well located, possibly recently renovated and had a lot of modern charm. Breakfast was nice also on the front terrace that looks out towards the marina. My room had a nice balcony as well- spacious, and large bathrooms! (Bedrooms were large too)

Everything was excellent. Perfect location for boat tours. Free parking in premise or pass to park on the street for free (easy to find a space). Good, clean spacious rooms. Good breakfast.

Our bed was slightly in a U-shape, therefore not the most comfy.

Perfect location and view - we had a room with balcony and view on the ocean/port. Also good location to hop on or off a boat from Cala Luna. Free parking is good but be careful if you park in front for a few minutes - the police loves to make some money there! Breakfast is decent.
