Room was shabby. No plug sockets. Not enough room. The bathroom is very small. The shower was tiny sink to close to the door. Tiles are missing rust on some items.

The location and price of this room was excellent! We wanted a place to stay close to Termini and this was a quick 5 minute walk. I was also pleasantly surprised at how clean this hotel room was. Given the price I was worried but not only was it clean but the AC was excellent!

Great location right near main station with access to local and long distance trains and airport line. Also lovely easy walk to Colosseum, Spanish Steps etc. simple adequate breakfast. Really helpful friendly staff. And a snug but comfortable room with plenty of towels and good air conditioning.

It was extremely hot day and A/C was running continuously, making noise, it didn’t seem to cool the room sufficiently. Only one chair available to sit down was old with stains and a hole- needed a new one. On the bathroom floor, I saw tiny black insects crawling around. Understandable that the age of the buildings around the station, however, seeing the little tiny insects wasn’t pleasant.

When I checked in, the person at the desk tried to be helpful, but was not because he didn't explain fully how to enter the annex residence with a key card at a locked door which seems to need a traditional key. As I said, the housekeeper rescued me, but better directions (in English) are needed at the door to the rooms. Second, I asked for a 7 am wake-up -- a wake-up call service is advertised as one of the hotel's amenities -- but I never got one, so he neglected to register it. Fortunately, I woke up on my own, but I would have been angry had I not gotten to the airport in time.

The location is excellent. I had to leave for the airport via Roma Termini the next morning, and it was a five-minute walk at most. The housekeeping staff was wonderful. The room was spotless, as was the bathroom, which also had enough towels and a great shower with excellent hot water pressure. I was in the hotel's second building, which had a complex way of entering (see below), and the housekeeper heard me trying to get into the residence. She came out, rescued me, and showed me how to use the mechanism to get in.

Excellent location. Just 5 to 7 minute walk from Roma termini train station ( take the Via Marsala exit in the station ). 5 to 7 minute walk to the hop on hop off bus tour starting point. Two minimarkets on the same street. Spacious clean room , enough for family of 4. Excellent breakfast ( cold meats, boiled egg,cakes, cheeses, pastries, juices, coffee machine etc ) Minifridge in room. Comfortable beds. Late checkin allowed. Helpful staff. Allowed us to keep our luggage after checking out. Excellent value for money, we will definitely come back

We were not given any specific soap for the bidet, so I had to use the two vials. Going up and down the stairs from the third floor can also be pretty exhausting after walking around the city the whole day, so I'd suggest taking the lift whenever possible.

The staff was very nice and explained how to reach the separate building where we stayed, which was very close to the main hotel building (around 50 metres). It is located just 5 minutes walking from Roma Termini, so it's perfect if you're coming or plan on travelling by train. Roma Termini also has access to the metro lines to move around the city and to the main landmarks. Our room was on the third floor of the separate building. There is a lift that can be used, and despite how it looks, it works perfectly! Just remember to always close the doors so that it doesn't get stuck. The room was very old-fashioned, but it had everything that was needed. For the bathroom, we were given a lot of towels, soap, shower caps and two small vials of shampoo and body soap, which ended up being more than enough for the three nights we stayed. Warm water also came out pretty fast. The room was also perfectly clean.
