The breakfast is only coffee, few crackers and croissants from supermarket. If you want something else you would need to pay 20€ per person to have a table of cheese and cold cuts. Overpriced and does not worth having.

I have just a friendly suggestion to complete the good breakfast with some fruits beyond the very good grapefruit juice. 🙂

Location is precious, services are impeccable, very happy and friendly staff (all the team!) Room was totally clean and very comfortable. Very easy and safe parking, wonderful swimming pool, excellent variety of coffee and tea for breakfast and breathtaking views!

The pool didn't open until 10 am. or later. The breakfast that comes with the price of your room was very bland and monotonous.

Breakfast was disappointing: just sealed plastic packs of dry biscuits and crackers on a tray.

The hotel is beautiful and the setting is superb, in the hills with amazing views all around.

Very strict rules, no air conditioner from 8-15 pm and sometimes didn’t work during the night making feel very uncomfortable. Main door locked from 11-15, and everyone must use a code locked back door. If you want to drink water at the pool, you have to go all the way back to the hotel to pay a voucher ( about 200 m away or more to the back door, up the hill), regardless it was a staff member always there who was giving the water anyway, Staff very unfriendly apart Luca and Andrea who were brilliant

You cannot really control de aircon in the room, it is either on or off.

Great value for money, refurbished and spacious rooms, amazing views, you can enjoy a drink or dinner outside overlooking Tuscan hills. Breakfast was better than I read in reviewers, it is made of packed pastries, biscuits, toast…mainly sweet options. Andrea is a funny guy and gave us good recommendations of where to eat or visit!

Breakfast can be much better since all is prepacked hence processed food rather than fresh Air conditioning is preprogrammed hence at certain times of day it is off and had no control over it and at night sometimes it was very hot in room.

It would be great if they serve hot breakfast instead of a standard tray of bread and biscuits.

The view was amazing and the staff were friendly. We arrived later than expected (late at night), and they had waited for us in order for us to be able to check in with ease. Overall we had a good experience.

The lady at the reception probable doesn’t love her job, tough first contact with the hotel. The coffee is served in paper cups, but tea in normal, ceramic ones, why? We have been in May and there were millions mosquitos everywhere - garden, the hall, parking and obviously in the room - you couldn’t open a window or door even for a second. Luckily those were large mosquitos not biting…

Nice view around the hotel, spacious parking, easy to find. The room was ok, in line with the description. Breakfast was pre-packed and already prepared for each guest. Almost sweet options, we had two slices of cheese only.

Breakfast was the same each morning with only one piece of cheese for protein. I would recommend to the owners they consider adding yogurt and/or a piece of fruit, and lessens the wrapped cookies, crackers, etc.

The room was very nice and had all the modern conveniences. The view of Tuscany was very nice from the patio that was attached to our room. The hotel might be hard to find without a GPS.

Difficult to contact staffs if out of check in and check out time.We left early in the morning, no one in the lobby and we tried very hard to find the button that open the entrance door, and did not know how to close it

Very good breakfast and cherrful staff. Hotel and rooms were quite spacious. Only detriment was a very hard bed - ended up putting enough pillows on it to sleep. Driveway to property was a little uneven, but everything else was in good shape.

very nice view, spacious room and comfy beds. The breakfast is nothing special just prepacked food, nothing fresh. Only one downside, we did the self-check-in and the instructions in the message were not super clear. I called the staff to get further info and the lady at the phone was rude. I think they should improve on this.
