We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe shower was minuscule, my husband really struggled to use it. The breakfast was lovely but simple and it was the same everyday, a little variety would have been nice. Otherwise everything was lovely.
The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return as we have family who live locally. Highly recommended.

Friendly gentleman on reception and breakfast staff were nice. Rooms were ok, my bathroom leaked water from the ceiling so had to put a bin under it all night. Breakfast was decent enough. Short walk into Forli town.

RomaniaThe hotel I consider is not a 4*, but a 3*- clean one, but the facilities are not updated. Maybe is the effect of Covid pandemia with very few tourists. The stuff is very careful, try to their best, but the hotel definitely needs an update. Same price in another area from Italy, at a 4*hotel, very different room and facilities. Maybe not so good and nice team, but the conditions are better. In the summer too much mosquitoes! Open the window and you are finished!
Everybody from the stuff is nice, helpful, the hotel is clean, well located, but old. If an upgraded is done, for sure in Forli this is the hotel we will choose. We appreciate the team which works in the hotel for their efforts to give quality services.
