Hospitable staff. Spacious room with desks. Flexible with a later check-out. Good breakfast selection. We were able to use the comfortable lounge facilities after check-out to plan our next trip. Unassuming from the outside but in close walking distance to a lovely area.

Walking distance to all places of interests, free parking infront of the building (if you are lucky), good breakfast. We were on the top floor, there was a sea view from our balcony.

I feel fortunate to have chosen this hotel. The location, cleanliness, staff, and most importantly, the safety were all exceptional. I have no regrets at all — the price I paid was also very reasonable. I'm completely satisfied with my stay, and I sincerely thank the hotel’s friendly and welcoming staff.

The room we were in was damp. They clean the floor with something, which is nice and clean, but that floor was still wet &slippery after 14h! Also there is some very loud music bar in the vicinity, so we couldn't sleep normally till at least 2AM. The outside air smells, so you have to close your windows.

Location is great, a 10min walk to Ortigia. Also free parking can be found on the street surrounding the hotel. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special.

The Booking.com advert said it had a lift. This was not working and we suspect has not been working for sometime The stairs even to the first floor were difficult. This should be made clear by Booking.com and only quoted when the lift is repaired.

It was quiet and the Aircon kept it satisfactory really cool.

This place was perfect for the value. The room was modest and a bit old-fashioned, but everything was comfortable. The friendly family running it made us feel very welcome. It was simple and economical—and ended up being our kids’ favorite stay of the trip!

Noise from the street could be heard easily. The shower was a bit inconvenient, only one corner is open to enter it and the curtain gets in the way.

Lack of balcony, altough advertised, surroundings, noise from outside and from the bathroom. Double check beds in quardaple room! We reserved a room with 4 beds and one of the beds was UNUSABLE (mattress was in 3 parts, had stains and was extremely uncomfortable). It took us 30 minutes of convincing the receptionist to resolve the issue with an argument. Even though they replaced the bed, the overall experience was unpleasant.

Close to Siracuse historic centre - Ortigia, free parking around property. Breakfast was very good!

The beds are noisy. In the morning, you can hear other guests outside talking and walking.

The location of the hotel is at a very good place, and motorcycles are safe outside (you can park between cars) . It's very clean inside and the breakfast is ok. I would come back here again.

Nothing unpleasant.

A small hotel in a good location, within walking distance of most of the places worth visiting in Siracusa. The room was 20+ sq m, furnished in the 1980s, everything functional. Very friendly and helpful staff, who gave good recommendations for restaurants and tourist services. The breakfast was not abundant, but good. An excellent price-quality ratio.

The weather was so unpredictable that I started to suspect March was having an identity crisis and thought it was November. If clouds and rain were tourist attractions, this would have been the most intense trip of the season!

Staying at this hotel was a real pleasure, especially because of the amazing breakfast with a great selection of fresh and tasty products. The coffee was rich and high-quality, which is rare to find. Additionally, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel truly welcome!

The room had a very strong smell of washing detergent!! It gave me & my son a headache even though we opened the window. (It was February and cold!! ) So I went to the reception and complained about it. The receptionist guy said it must be from spray for the building, but all the linen & towels smelled the same, so it must be the washing detergent smell. If I knew it, I would have chosen somewhere else.

The location was good. There were many good restaurants and cafes around the area. My son loved the pizzeria opposite side of the hotel. Breakfast was great since we did not expect much. There were everything we needed, breads, yoghurt, coffee, cheese, ham, egg, fruits etc.

Quiet and classical small hotel, with great location very close to the historical center. Room was very clean and comfortably warm (since it was winter when we visited). Breakfast had a nice selection and the staff was very friendly. Parking is easy in the low season, nearby on the street and free.
