Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The property is very close to some of the main attractions like the santa maria cathedral and the museum with micheal angelo’s david. Breakfast was continental and there is a balcony on the floors for smokers which i thought was a nice touch.

United KingdomI wasn't thrilled about the windows as the window panes restricted my view. Even though it opens onto the main road it would have been nice to be able to see outside.
I am incredibly pleased with the location of this hotel. Within 10 mins I was able to get to either the train station or the Duomo (One of the main attractions). In less than 5 mins I could get to all the lovely shops and restaurants and the area felt very safe and accessible. Great breakfast buffet aswell!

The hotel is bang in the middle of Florence so perfect for walking to all highlights. Staff great, breakfast is continental and delicious. People on reviews saying its a bit dated..... 🙄 its hundreds of years old and they've kept the decor in line with that. Wonderful place, will certainly be going again.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect and it is basically within walking distance to everything! The room was a nice size and the bathroom was clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast is great.

The location close to the station and restaurants etc was excellent. The breakfast was superb, and we loved the authentic decor and furnishings in the breakfast room. The staff were lovely.

PortugalI was travelling with my 80 yo mother. She is still very strong and healthy, but my suggestion is that when possible change the bathtub by a shower tray. I found even for me that the bathtub is too high, and tight. All the rest was wonderful
