Would be great if the hotel offered more food options. It wasn’t bad at all but could be better. Especially for vegetarians.

Great hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a nice relaxed atmosphere. They offered a free yoga class on the Tuesday morning which was great. Great breakfast options and a very pleasant vibe in the breakfast area. A good mix of people in the hotel.

We had a great stay here for six nights. Great hotel with sizeable, comfortable rooms. Lovely pool and surrounding area, High quality breakfast with a wide selection and choice or sitting inside or out. Never too busy, and easy to access the centre of Desenzano (5 mins walk) and the lake.

People put their tools out in the morning even if they were not using the sunbeds until later.

Fantastic hotel and fantastic staff will 100% return. Perfect location to experience Lake garda. Overall, we had a wonderful time. Oh, and the breakfast was amazing.

Minor issue: The pool towels could be renewed. Some of them had holes in it.

Everything was excellent. Very clean and good breakfast. The location was amazing less than 10 mins walk to train station and 5 mins to ferry port. Very good black out blinds (room was pitch black when pulled) and Aircon. Supermarket just round the corner. Pizza cafe (with way better pizza’s than the ones served on lake front) across the road. The swimming pool was very well maintained, we went everyday and we always got a sun bed. Staff very helpful, arranged a taxi transfer for us back to the airport and even gave us a breakfast to take as we had an early flight!

Nothing - it was perfect

Wonderful hotel in a great location, just 5 minutes from the lake front. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the rooms are kept to a high standard. The cleaning staff deserve a special mention as they work extremely hard to keep everything looking good. Food and drink in the hotel is great with plenty of choice. Great pool area with plenty of sun beds if you want to relax by the pool. Kids loved it.

A lovely family run hotel, clean, well maintained with friendly staff. The food was delicious - breakfast, lunch, cocktails. Just a short walk to the lakeside shops & restaurants or the train station. Free underground parking.

There is a bit of a hill back to the hotel from the centre but we got used to it!

Our room had a balcony overlooking the pool which was lovely. My son raved about the breakfasts! So much choice & you could even boil your own eggs. Friendly staff. Good location, short walk to the centre of Desenzano

The swimming pool and rooms were great and clean! Also very much appreciated the swimming pool bar service, an extra touch. Also perfectly located a little bit out of the hustle and bustle but still very close to the centre of the town.

It was perfect.

The property is immaculate, very stylist and clean and the poolside area is a welcome oasis to relax in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The whole hotel is kept very clean.

The hotel was in a good position to walk down to the town centre in 5 minutes and also up to the station in 10 minutes. Lovely pool, large room, excellent breakfast with plenty of choice and the staff were really helpful and friendly.

The hotel was spotless, peaceful and yet really near the lake, shops and restaurants. The breakfast had everything you could want. Hot items, Pastries, breaks rolls, cereals a delivery fresh fruit. The coffee was hot and plentiful. A great start to the day

Friendly staff that is not superficial and respects your vocation tranquility. Great location and facilities. We had three rooms in different sizes but were all very comfortable and clean. Brekfast and lunch were good, we prefered lunch on the veranda by the pool to not waste time from our sunbathing. I will not look for another hotel when I return to Desenzano, I will stay at Hotel Nationale

Breakfast was below average in my opinion compared to other hotels I have stayed in in both Italy and across the world. Limited selection, slow at restocking and staff were ok but rarely smiled and never cleared used items from the tabled until you left.

Great hotel, very clean and modern. Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Lovely pool with plenty of sun beds. Great location 5 minutes walk from the centre and lakeside and approx 15 minutes walk to the railway station.
