- The breakfast room is tiny; if many guests are present at the same time, it might feel a little bit suffocated. - Our room size was 15 m2, but it somehow felt too tiny for moving, but it was manageable. - No standard restaurants nearby.

- their elevator was rather small and can only hold around 2-3 people. Not ideal if you have a large suitcase. - the AC in our room didn't feel like it was working properly. At least it didn't get too hot on the days that we were there.

- good location; not quite central but close enough with tram and metro stations nearby. Also, within walking distance to a big supermarket and Chinatown. - friendly staff that spoke good English. Had no trouble communicating. - the room was on the smaller side with basic decor and amenities, but we knew and expected that. - the breakfast was adequate; not a huge variety but again, we knew what we were getting, and for the price it's absolutely fine.

Everything was great.

I was particularly impressed by how clean both my room and the breakfast area were. My single room included air conditioning, a compact fridge (complete with a chilled water bottle!), a large window, and a small but efficient bathroom. Breakfast far exceeded my expectations, offering a generous array of sweet and savory options—fresh fruits, beverages, eggs, pastries, cold cuts, and more. A staff member was always on hand to restock the food trays promptly.

The AC was on all the time with a temperature setting of 22 C but the room felt much warmer than that. It didn’t bother me but it may bother someone who suffers the heat more.

Clean and comfortable room with a small balcony on the roof. Very nice buffet breakfast included. Convenient location 5 min walk to Gerusalemme metro station. Helpful staff.

in general not a lot, below are points to consider for users when use it. I would use this hotel again if travel alone. bathroom size, shower cabin relatively small, I stay 4 days in hotel so managed to accept it eventually. I am 100kg and 185sm, so wasn't easy. AC in the room was floor type and touch control wasn't straight forward to understand, it was working, but lights on screen might mislead you, you need to get and activate it.

Staff was veryfriendly and helpful, trying to help every day !! Breakfast was ok, to be honest I can find all what I need, last time in Milan was in 4 star hotel with family, hence every time was camparing, where I should not. Room was very clean, which is most important to me, bed was good too, I had small balcony as well. location - about 30 min walk to center via park, hence journey wasn't boring and I walked twice per day same road. value for money was good, considering that I booked hotel week prior to check in.

The breakfast has not indication of allergens, and not enough choices for lactose intolerant people. There is not decaf coffee

The property is really clean and well maintained. Rooms are small but functional. Location is super. The 24hr desk made me feel safe. The staff was very nice in accommodating my requests
