Shower is small which was OK for me but if you are > 85Kg you may find it difficult.

The showers were very small. Cruise ship style but smaller. Everything was very clean and comfortable

The refrigerator was out of order, and we had things that needed to be refrigerated but couldn’t use it. They also didn’t provide slippers.

It was clean, the host was friendly, and it was very close to San Marco and the city center. Breakfast was also good. Coffee was perfect

Worn-out equipment, but the price-quality ratio is ok. Small shower, but smaller space simply belongs to Venice.

A very pleasant hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff. The room was small but quite comfortable, and the terrace overlooking the canal is a great asset. I had a wonderful stay there. I would love to return there on my next visit to Venice.

The keying system for the hotel and room was clumsy.

Small bathroom, a little old but still working fine. Wifi was problematic, but no issue for me since i just "visited " the room to sleep and shower. I didn't even bother them about it. Venice is beautifull.

I was in venice for 3 nights, enjoyed the accommodation. Best price, great area, very close to St Marks Square ( acouple of minutes walk) had a lovely view of a a waterway, enjoyed the balcony/therace. Clean room, no issues. Great staff, very helpfull. Breakfast was great, Loved the keys. Not as expensive as all others in the area.

The bathroom was very cramped (but spotlessly clean). I was travelling alone so it didn't really matter too much. The pillows were a bit flat, so sleeping was okay but not great. But for a short stay in Venice this hotel is fine. It does the job.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic - very close to St Mark's Square. Breakfast adequate and a good start to the day (good coffee!). Nice and warm inside with good heating.

Patchy wi-fi connection and the smallest shower in earth were negatives. I feel that it's a bit too expensive compared to more luxurious hotels in close proximity .

Fantastic location on a small canal about 7mins walk to San Marco Square...Great breakfast and friendly staff. Our room overlooked the canal which made for a magical stay...

Location was excellent - 4 min walk to St Marks square and a few minutes to shops Breakfast - nice and quiet , few good options and really helpful with kids allowing us to take food to room etc if needed Staff all were lovely and really helpful Wasn't stated on website but there is a kettle and mini fridge in the room

Beautiful experience! The staff were incredibly helpful! It was our first stop on a taste of Italy journey and they made it just perfect. Location is great. It is very old so don’t expect perfect but it was exactly what we wanted. Our room overlooked the canal which was lovely. The sweetest lady made coffee for us that was one of our best so far! (Wish I had written names) The staff helped us to plan things to do and recommended the very best restaurants including calling for reservations and writing in detail what to do to exit the island! So exceptional. Again, sorry we aren’t naming but they were all so great! Would highly recommend this hotel to friends. Thank you all so much for your kindness.

There was nothing I didn’t like about it.

It was close to everything, famous places and restaurants. The staff were lovely, very welcoming and helpful. My room was small but it had a balcony where I sat outside with views overlooking of the canal .
