Lots of stairs with no railings

Quirky entrance sandwiched between Yves st Laurent and Fendi , across the street from Prada , perfect if you are a designer shopper Staff were very good Breakfast was excellent Although the facilities weren’t really ideal for those with limited mobilities , we made it work for example, bedroom was on 2 levels with steps up to the bathroom and exit door, not ideal Lift stopped working, so that was a bit awkward but was fixed quickly

The only issue was the weak air conditioning maybe because of the high cealings also the handicap shower leaking water everywhere

Our room was on the 2nd floor facing the main street and in the evening/night it was a bit noisy.

The location was perfect in the center between all the brands shops. Walking distance from all the historical places, the interior was amazing as you were in an Art Gallery . The room was big and clean. They have coffee and drinks available in the room and in the rooftop 24/7. The staff were very friendly especially (Sara).

We’ve not long returned from five nights at Hotel Milu, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave. Our stay was exceptional and we would recommend this hotel without hesitation. Our room was bright, modern, and impeccably clean, with tasteful decor. There was a great balance between style and comfort. The bed was very comfortable, the shower spacious with great water pressure, and there was more than enough storage for us both to unpack and settle in. A particularly thoughtful touch was the complimentary soft drinks and snacks which were replenished daily - a welcomed treat after long days exploring the city. The location couldn’t have been better. The train station, the major sights, and countless fantastic restaurants were all just a short walk away. We never once needed a taxi. There was a little square just meters from the hotel and in the evenings musicians would play there, which we could hear from our balcony - it was lovely. One small but standout feature was the bar and lounge area, where a high-quality coffee machine was available to guests 24/7, free of charge. It was such a lovely and convenient perk. Without a doubt, the heart of Hotel Milu is its staff. Every single team member was warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help. From the moment we arrived to the moment we checked out, we felt cared for. Coming back to the hotel each day felt like coming home, thanks to the friendly faces always ready to greet us at reception. Hotel Milu made our time in Florence incredibly special, and if we return to Florence we would definitely stay again.

Central location, excellent breakfast, additional complimentary amenities (free coffee, hot chocolate, water etc.), exceptionally friendly staff. The staff gave us amazing recommendations of restaurants and shops in Florence, which we really appreciated. Highly recommended and I for sure will stay here again on my next trip to Florence.
