Clean and comfortable stay for a relatively cheap price. The location is wonderful - near the airport. Nice and safe parking spaces as well.

United KingdomThe bathroom wasn't cleaned properly and a lot of stains on the walls and the shower. Under the bed was very dusty. ( I dropped something and went under the bed, this is how I noticed ) The towels were very old and they were ripped. (This can be from the excessive washing!!)
The value for money was really good. Paid 60€ for 2 adults and a child.

IsraelThere is a toll between Milano and the hote. Not a problem in the hotel, but as a tip - if you do plan to stop at Milano better do so before attending the hotel. So you avoid more than an hour of driving and few Euro toll.
We had early flight the day after. This hotel is located perfectly for that. Clean room. Hot shower. Few minutes from MXP. All we needed.

United StatesThe air did not work in the room - not even the fan and when I arrived late from a long flight and the room was SUPER warm and stuffy, there was no way to cool it down. I had to sleep with wet towels to stay cool enough. No fridge or minibar in the room. No coffee in the room. These are things I think are essential and should be in every hotel room (and I have VERY rarely been in a hotel without them).

ThailandThe only downside was that the faucet in our room was loose. We informed the hotel staff, and while they mentioned they would arrange a new room for us, unfortunately, nothing was followed up after that.
We stayed at Ibis Milano Malpensa Airport and overall had a good experience. The room size was quite decent for a budget hotel — not too small, even for 3 people sharing. It was comfortable enough for an overnight stay before our flight. The staff were very nice and welcoming during check-in, making the process smooth and easy. They also offer a convenient airport shuttle service for 5 euros per person, which is very helpful if you have early flights.

United KingdomWe stayed at this hotel as on the website it said they had a restaurant but when we arrived the staff said their wasn't one and we would have to go to the Novotol to eat. It was only a short walk but our dog is quite nervous about being left on his own in a hotel we have not used before so we like hotels with restaurants on site.
The staff were nice and pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy and clean. The bathroom was clean and the shower was good. The breakfast was ok but could do better.
