The bathroom was small and cramped. There were cracks in the ceiling, making it feel like it could collapse at any moment. Even though they charged me an extra fee for a late-night check-in, no one was there when I arrived — I had to call them, and they didn’t even answer the phone. I was left standing outside the gate for a long time while the alarm kept going off. They kept coming into the room without my permission and turned off the air conditioning. I tried to let all of this go — but then they stole my multi plug adapter. Coming into my room without permission and taking my belongings is completely unacceptable.

Excellent place for a short city-break. Trimini train station and Santa Maria Maggiore church within 3min.walk, 20min on foot to Colosseum and di Trevi.The area is full of charming pizzerias and cafés. The supermarket is just downstairs. The rooms are clean but not so vell equipped and rather of low quality but we new about it.

At the last moment we changed hotel, we stayed at a hotel across the street because as we were told there was an issue with the water. I would prefer to be informed about that. I had already read the reviews about the hotel and i wasn’t expecting something wow the only thing that matters it’s the cleanliness. Unfortunately it wasn’t that clean. The shower for example had dust and hair at a corner.

The location was very comfortable it was about 40’ away by foot from the historic center.

Great location, great starting point to any spot in Rome. Two minutes from Termini station, supermarket is in front of the building, bars, restorants, pharmacy..

My bed was a bit broken, they changed our rooms after the first night without informing us that we needed to, staff was argumentative (it was our first time in Rome and we didn’t know about the tourists tax. When we asked about it they would yell at us rather than explain. We never refused to pay but they were rude)

WFi going on and off and it could be cleaner

For the price we paid we got what we expected.However we were not in Gabriele we were moved to another rooms Fanti rooms due to general problem with toilets in Gabriele.The personal was really nice and helpful trying to solve all the issues

Hotel located in close proximity from tourist attractions. Good connection to all important places that we wanted to visit. Very nice service. Room clean, comfortable, equipped with basic accessories: towels, soap, shampoo, kettle, microwave.

Old fashioned. Toilet seat was broken before we arrived in our room (but it was fixed a day later). Receptionist didn’t know much English. No wifi in bedroom.
