Positive. Good breakfast, bed was comfortable, and there is free underground parking. Negatives. Could be cleaner, friendliness of staff is mixed.

It will be good to start to update some of the out of date items in the rooms and bathrooms bit by bit...the place would really lift and be amazing.

The breakfast was great, we had the room with a balcony which was nice. The hotel is what you would expect from a small town, some dated bits but clean. It was close to family we were visiting. The staff were very friendly, even though we don't speak much Italian. Would stay here again.

The room lights need to be brighter. I parked in the wrong spot ( to the side and f the building that was not actually their property) and there were many hungry mosquitoes.

The breakfast was great. There was a lot of variety. The location seemed a little off the beaten path but there were some very nice local restaurants. The pizza parlor around the corner was terrific.

Very dated but felt safe and was able to rest. There was a party or wedding going on that kept me up, but at least they played good music.

Very bad

Very old and depreciated hotel. No facilities, on a main street which is noisy even during the night. The staff is not very friendly and speaks only Italian

False information and a real scam. We paid for an ECONOMIC DOUBLE BED and instead received a bed only one and a half places wide, where not even two people of normal height can fit. They cover themselves by claiming that they had previously informed us through a message that the bed was small, but this message was sent only after the hotel had already been PAID FOR and was NON-REFUNDABLE. We argued for half an hour with the receptionist, who admitted that the room was small but said that if we wanted a normal bed we had to pay an extra fee. This is where the scam and their business lie. Finally, after saying that we were going to file a formal complaint, they agreed to change us to a normal bed at no extra cost. Very negative experience.

Very bad experience at this hotel. I have book a double room but the hotel give me three single beds. The beds were very uncomfortable. Feels like a prison cell in there as no light was available only one dime light was available. Barely could see something. AC not working and rooms very small and smells so much and also insects present on the beds. Breakfast not fresh as omelette was soo dry and not tasty at all. Not much variety for breakfast. I would not recommend at all this property.

We did not get the same room , because when we booked on booking.com then they showed that it’s economy double room and I booked and paid the fees .then i have sent a message to ask check in time then they have sent a message in Italien that it’s not a standard double bed it’s a French bed . They have sent a message to me after I paid and it was not refundable. I attaching the screenshot from my conversation because they have sent a message the same day which day i will be there for stay . When I came to the hotel and saw bed it’s was same like single bed not for two person and then i talked to them but then they said and showed me that message that they have informed me . I said it was in Italien and it was after i already paid . I said it was not showed in the booking.com when i booked . I said i got a message after paid , it was not mention on the website so please refund me then i can book another room . But they did not have any answer . The staff was not very nice to talk , they just showed me this message that they already informed me . The staff told to me that i have to book another room , but i was not satisfied so I just left the hotel and booked another one . I just booked this hotel because of good location,. I will never book this hotel again , am not recommend this hotel , because they are cheater . If i am looking for the same room then it’s available for single person . So strange.

I didn’t get the same room which was showed in the picture. I booked for 2 person , me and my brother . There were 3 beds in the room and no space only full with furniture. Staff was not responding with booking.com chatting if we asked for something.

Rooms very noises from people staying in the room next to me. Could hear them walking around a lot, and when they flushed the toilet.

I didn’t like because they discussed the price even I paid at online booking . They charged us 10 euro more . I am thankful that I contacted the booking.com. They refunded me my money back which they charged me .

Very rude staff while check in. We order 2 double rooms and got one double and one small room with single bed. We asked for extra small bed but it was not possible to put extra bed there, becuse room was to small. However we paied for double room 16 square meters. At the end of the day 2 adults needed to sleep on single bed. Nobody cared about our situation. The lady at the reception laughed us. I was trying to leave, but counldn´t find another hotel because that time in was the concert in town and everyything was full. Carpet in the corridor o f the hotel was disgustingly dirty, like someone vomited on it. Full corridor of stains. Dirty bathroom, lift. One lift broken. At the breakfast was 8 tables all of them full of dirty kitchenware and left over food. Nobody cleaned it. Only one guy - waiter/cook/cleaner/receptionist was there who was trying to cook breakfast, take care of tables, customers and also operate reception. Poor him. Very, very bad experience at this hotel.
