Since we arrived before the weekend, none of the staff warned us that the main entrance would be closed and did not explain that there was an entrance from the yard to the hotel. The staff was not available by phone. Just thank you for the neighbors who told us how to get to the hotel.

Very good location, cozy area, many cafes nearby, attractions within walking distance. The room was quite clean and comfortable.

The water in the shower is too cold. There are ants living in the room by the window. The air conditioner cannot be made colder. The road to the hotel is dark. In the evening, there is not a single light bulb near the hotel. The sign is not lit. In the evening, the hotel looks abandoned. The price for the room is too high.

Vaporetto stop is close to the hotel. Fresh modern renovation in the room.

The bathroom a bit small, especially shower cabin and ventilation is not enough to dry the towels or even the air.

Nice renovated hotel and rooms with AC, location is close to bus terminal and train station, several boat piers are nearby. They serve the breakfast if you like, priced 12 euro per person but there is nice bar nearby too. They do room cleaning everyday.

Hard to find staff at the hotel. Far from San Marcos Square, still better than staying in Mestre.

Location was fine, close to the train and bus station. At first when we arrived, the check in was like an air bnb, they send us codes and left keys in the entrance. The bedroom and bathroom were clean, a little small though for big luggage.

We got stuck in the hotel elevator which was quite an experience - have to tell that the hotel staff called emergency services very swiftly and they arrived in 10 mins max so we were only stuck for about 20 mins. If you can avoid elevator in this hotel - do it! It's only 2 floors anyway.

Really nice and conveniently located hotel, reasonable size for a Venetian room, with a nice shower, and nice breakfast. Would totally stay again!

It was a great place

My daughter and her partner stayed here. They said that there was a nice breakfast and it was good room and very central - near to the station. Although reception wasn't going to be open when they arrived, check in was fairly easy as the hotel messaged them and left the details of how to how to pick up the key.

A lovely little hotel in a great location. The only downsides were that the bed was very hard and the staircase to the room was very narrow, some people may have difficulty accessing the room.

The hotel was only a short walk from the train station, and about 20 minutes from S.Marco. I was travelling with my 80y.o. Mother and staff were very kind to give us a room on the lower floor. The facilities were spotless. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast, the coffee wasn’t great, but overall the stay was very pleasant and staff super kind.

Maybe the TV could have had more international channels. The bed could bit a little bit softer and the bedroom could be a little bit bigger.

The bedroom was really good. Nice decoration. Location was good, but it is true that as I travelled with my mother who's almost 70, the alley where the entry and exit door is was a bit dark and scary at night. Nothing bad happened though. Staff were great. I asked to be on the ground floor and they agreed. Also they gave us two single beds. Bedroom was cleaned and they made the beds every day and emptied the trash. Breakfast wasn't too expensive, and it was big. Lots of stuff (fruit, cereal, savoury options like cured meat, cheese, croissants...). We had breakfast twice at the hotel and it was worth the price.

The room was quite small, so I would recommend it for sleeping only. I would suggest changing the pillows though - they are very hard and small. Also, note that there aren't proper blankets. Everything else was fine and as described/as it looks in the photos :)

The location was great, there are a lot of places to eat, including very early in the morning. Generally, the place was easy to find and was clean, which is a great plus already.

Nothing the only small feedback I have is to include a small refrigerator in the room and to have the queen/ double bed as a whole unit not two singles. Only because we could feel the gap between.

This hotel was a little gem! Staff were fantastic and gave us many recommendations for the area. Room was lovely and shower was nice and hot!

We reserved 6 rooms. They were clean besides 1, where the blanket and 1 flat sheet were used and dirty, and there was not anyone in the hotel to solve the issue.

The room wasn't very clean. There was years-worth of dust on the beams, and it looked like a clump of dust was going to fall on my head while I was sleeping. There was rot in the ceiling in the bathroom and black rot debris kept falling on and around the toilet. The floors were incredibly dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. And lastly, the elevator wasn't working so for me, I had to drag heavy bags up to three flights of narrow stairs as my room was all the way at the top. If these things were fixed I'd give a very favourable rating, but those issues bothered me, so I have to be honest.

The location is very convenient. It's very close to Piazzale Roma and the train station, so the journey to and from the airport and other cities by train is a breeze. It's close to two vaparetto stations, so that's another plus. The decorations are cute and my room seemed to have relatively recent upgrades plus an outdoor patio, which was a great bonus. The staff is very courteous. The receptionist Yulia was very lovely, welcoming and helpful.

There was a terrible smell of mold in the corner of the room by the bed. Clearly somewhere behind the nice panels on the walls there is a deep mold infestation, I am not sure it would be safe to stay more than a couple of nights for people suffering from issues such as asthma or allergies.

Very good staff, kindly let me do an early check in to leave my bag. Bathroom was clean, room was big enough. Location was very good for what I needed to do.

The one thing that was inconvenient was the bathroom. There is no where to put your bathroom stuff and towels. It's very very small.

The hotel is close to the train station, just 7-8 min walk, no need to take a taxi. Staff were very nice and accommodating. It's very clean.

The air conditioner was working fine, until a problem occurred in the middle of the night, but it did not spoil our stay. The trash bin was also full of trash when we arrived.

The room was very nice. Large bathroom and bed. The location was very good, near the Rialto and the train station.
