Did not realize how far from the center it was located, but the bus stop was right in front of the hotel.

Comfortable room for one - I came to see a little bit of the Palio, only saw the first day when horses were selected, so I don't think it was quite as busy. The hotel is a little far from the center of town, the bus ride was a little long. Parking was great - again, not sure if it was because it wasn't too busy, but I had a spot right outside the front door. Staff were very nice.

Sometimes noisy first thing in the morning (we were also located near the breakfast area, so that was likely the cause) no worries if you are an early (7am) riser like me! Also, the Siena train station is a 20-25 minute walk away, not the 10 min advertised.

Comfortable beds and a sweet little patio, more quiet due to rural location. A great little getaway! I loved getting to walk and explore the surrounding area, as it feels incedibly safe and welcoming. There is a grocery store about a 20 min walk away, which was very convenient.

The hairdryer stopped working after a while. Looks like overheating.

The hotel allowed us for early check-in. Very friendly staffs. Lots of breakfast options. Had to book two rooms for our family. The location is okay to us as we were driving. Good hotel for the stay in Siena/Tuscany as free parking is easy . The nearby pizza restaurant is good as well.

The hotel is quite old with worn carpets and aluminium windows that welcome some light breeze in the room if you don't keep the curtains closed. The air conditioning is "humming" at all times, but it's not a real bother. The shower is very clean but you share the water pressure with 20 other rooms thus making the water occasionally from cold to extremely warm (and vice versa) depending on how many people use it at the same time as you. Also most of the water stays in the shower because the drain is clogged, so prepare more towels for the floor. The hotel is situated on a hill and you need a car to visit the town. It felt more like a 3 star hotel, except the breakfast, the breakfast was very good for its price.

The rich breakfast is the reason to stay in this hotel.

The shower is a problem. Water leaks onto the floor Shower head won’t stay in position, slides down.

We use this hotel several times a year for hospital appointments. Staff are always friendly and very helpful The restaurant is good, nice menu and attentive staff Good parking

There was no electric kettle, cups or glasses in the room, when I asked for it the receptionist said “ not all rooms are provided with it”. After pointing out that it was described as provided, only then they did provide it. The least you expect from a 4 star hotel!

Room spacious, comfy bed and pillows. Quiet neighbourhood, out of town, bus at the door to go to town centre, but runs only till 8pm. Did not try breakfast.

Tea and water in the room was not refilled each day. Coffee at breakfast was very weak. Limited choice of restaurants nearby.

Carpark access wasn’t very convenient. Bathroom drainage was very bad that the whole area basically got flooded after a short shower.
