The elevator is very, very small, fits 2 people very tightly OR 1 person and 2 small luggages. We would have appreciated a shelf in the shower

Staff was very easy to speak to, they helped us to get a taxi to the airport, also suggested places to visit nearby. The room was nice and clean, with cleaning every day.

I did not like the location. While it what close to tourist areas, I did not feel safe having my family in that area. The elevator is tiny, which required multiple trips which our luggage. The electricity in the room required the key to be on, so the a/c would only work while in the room.

The woman at the front desk was very helpful, kind, and tried to accommodate our requests on short notice. We were able to get into our rooms a little earlier than expected, which was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and reasonably quiet.

Simple Accommodation , I got new room which was nice. Reception was open on late arrival. Air conditioning worked well. Very lively area ) so a lot of people around minding their business)) cafe and bars all at close distance

The hotel should invest into new bed. The bed in our room was very weirdly shaped, you would roll to the middle which made sleeping uncomfortable. Also, google photos/maps for the street should be updated - it's a bit complicated to find the address.

Clean, private, great location since it's close to many major attractions, simple but handy room with a small fridge, water kettle, 2 mugs and a TV. The owner was nice and was always easy to reach.

The very cramped and slow elevator isn’t for everyone, and I drifted into taking the stairs, although it’s four stories up. The entrance also looks kind of rough, with lots of graffiti and an (extremely cheap) bar popping up in the evening - which I admittedly found rather useful. Also, the door to the room isn’t soundproof at all, so I could hear much of what was going on in the corridor and reception. Not for people who like to sleep in.

Smack in the middle of where you want to be in Naples, with countless bars and restaurants just outside. Very clean, and with a plethora of mains and USB outlets. Thorough instructions for the check-in.

Room is much smaller than it appears on the photos. Water does not go away after the shower, blow drier for hair is a bit weak.

Not a bad distance from train station (but not as close- around 30 mins). Generally not bad for a short stay since have few lacks.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy but not enough that it stopped us having a great night's sleep.

Perfect location for exploring Napoli. We found the room was quiet at night staying in room 410. The air conditioning was great and very much needed! Our room was cleaned daily to a good standard. Secure gates to enter and they sent us a really detailed explanation of how to find the hotel which was great as we arrived when reception was closed. I have to admit on arrival I was worried about the noise out the front and the heavily graffiti'd streets when we arrived at night, but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel once we were in there. Don't go expecting 5* luxury because it's not that kind of place. However it is comfortable, clean and I felt very safe there.

Depending on the age of visitors this hotel sometimes can be very noisy in late night hours (guests it their early twenties).

Located in a historical part of old Naples very close to all attractions in that part of the city - that is a very big plus for this hotel. The nearest metro station is about 10 minutes walking distance. Rooms are small, not much cosy but they really care about cleanliness. Not for those looking for comfort and luxury while travelling but this property is definitely for those who want to feel the vibrant street atmosphere while staying in the heart of this beautiful city.
