I got very bitten in the room. The room was not refreshed after our 2nd night.

The position was good. We could walk to everything. It was 90 euros to put the car in the garage right by the hotel for 3 nights but very handy.

The hotel is a bit old and worn on the edges. No problem for me, but perhaps something to keep in mind if you're a picky customer. You enter the rooms from the street rather than through the reception, but there is a locked door to enter each floor so security should be okay.

The friendly welcome, the spatious (if very modestly furnished) room, the perfect location, and the very reasonable price.

Conveniently located close to many important sights and to bus stations that would take you anywhere including Stazione Centrale for the airport. The breakfast had everything for a good start of the day: typical Sicilian sweets, fruits, meat, omlette, yoghurt etc. Cleaning was done every day and the towels changed the same. A good value for money.

Carrying the multiple keys with us - would like to hand them in, or have somewhere safe to leave them. If your Italian isn't good then there is no point switching on the TV. This isn't a problem as such as we were out enjoying Palermo, but I did miss the News.

Breakfast was extra, but well worth the money. It did mean we had a choice to go out for breakfast if we wanted to. It is part of a hotel complex and security is key - literally. Keys were needed to access the corridor that our rooms were on as well as a key to the room and a key for a safety box. Lots of wardrobe space and room to walk around. Housekeeping were around everyday so the rooms were kept spotless. We were a five minute walk from a trip agency, surrounded by eateries and not far from the sea and the historic parts of Palermo. We were able to leave our suitcases at the hotel before check in, and we were able to check in an hour early. Staff even recommended a nearby eatery for lunch - that was good advice.

Hotel rooms were on 4th and 5th floor but lift was readily available and reliable, so you need to be aware of this when booking.

City centre Hotel with adequate rooms for price.Staff were excellent with very welcoming reception ( coffee and cake on arrival).Breakfasts were excellent and staff very accommodating. Good value for money City centre hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable English speaking reception host.

I walked from the station to the hotel and it was about +/- 25 minutes so if walking is not your thing, find a ride there. However, it was a straight shot from the station so not bad. The lobby and breakfast area are detached from where the rooms are located. Not far and not an inconvenience it was just different for me.

The hotel was very centralized to the city center and the port. Walked down the street right to the port entrance. Took the ferry to Ustica for an amazing Dive. The staff very friendly and helpful. Front desk is staffed 24 hours. The checking in and out was very smooth (I had odd times for both, arrival and departure).

Breakfast was a spartan affair, with bacon and eggs not replaced when they ran out. Too many sweets, too few savoury options.
