Reviews of CDH Hotel Modena 4 stars

It wasnt clean, i have found a few insects( crickets), one around the checkin time, 19:30, and other one after dinner around 1 am, in the bathroom, with all the windows closed, i have attached in the comment, and also the night receptionist wasnt able to help us, hasnt even apologies to us for the inconvenience, also gave as a triple room but with sigarette smell in, i guess it could better if someone smoked on my face was less smoke.

Good location for visiting the Ferrari museums. Easy parking. Good multi lingual, helpful staff. The hotel is old and somewhat dated. It is however in no way run down and is very clean and comfortable. In fact the majority of the area is looking quite run down. There are a number of restaurants in walking distance, and I felt very safe wandering around. What this hotel lacks in style it more than made up for in value.

Located on the outskirts of the city. A 15 minute walk straight into the city Convenient for the motorway. Excellent breakfast, with so much variety. It was difficult to resist a taste of everything! We received a warm welcome from the lady at the desk on our arrival. Every area of the hotel that we used was very clean.

Nothing, it couldn't have been better. Excellent value for money.

The employees were helpful and friendly. I messed up the booking but they could solve my issue in no time. The rooms were clean and comfortable the breakfast was superb.

A fantastic place near the city center, with ample parking and a great breakfast.

It was in a good location to tour the area. The room was spacious.

The air conditioning didn't work, the rooms were very dated and smelled stale. The beds and bathrooms were clean but it was in a desperate need of an update.

Cleanliness wasn't as good as i was expecting. Clearly not a 4 stars hotel in my option.

Bistro wasn’t open for evening meal,which was disappointing,personally for us it was too far to walk to city centre.

Very good breakfast saved our opinion about the hotel.

We are not sure why the hotel has 4 stars, the rooms are in a very bad condition, the space is big but poorly equiped, it looks like you are in some hostel or camp, just beds and old wardrobe - no rugs, floor quite dirty, the bathroom was one of the worst we have ever seen, very neglected - dirt and water stone everyone, cracked tiles. Hair dryer not working.

I got a spacious room. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Modena. Easy to get to the centre with the bike lane and electric scooters that you can rent.

We had a great experience in this hotel. Staff were friendly and welcoming. A bit far out the city but great facilities for parking. Breakfast was lovely and the room very comfortable. Exceptional value for money

Location is great when visiting Ferrari musea in Modena (only 9 minutes by car) and Maranello. Staff is super friendly and professional, speaking English and German fluently.

No dining facilities in the hotel, room was very basic.
