The room could have been a bit bigger, but it’s an old building, so there’s not much you can do. The elevator is small, but that was also nicely mentioned and the staff helped with our luggage, so no problems with that at all.

Nice lobby staff, clean, cozy hotel. Great location! Try the gelato at Terra Gelato next door :)

Here's a polished version of your review: Cleanliness: This was the most important factor for me, and the hotel excelled. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided, and the shower was spotless. Absolutely 5/5. Location: The location is convenient, especially if you enjoy walking—just a 10-minute walk to both the Colosseum and the train station. Reaching other attractions requires a taxi or public transportation. Staff: The staff was helpful and responsive, answering all my questions. I didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast, but there are two excellent cafes right across from the hotel. Would you like me to help you make it even better or more engaging?

Stayed here for 4 nights and loved it! Staff are friendly and cateres to your needs. The location is good too. Lift can only have one person with one luggage and it's a vintage feel and you will like it, otherwise most welcome to use the stairs. Thanks Doria and team
