Loud noise early in the morning by someone disposing of the trash outside. The room was oriented towards the backyard, which is OK but you hear all the noise bc of the echo. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, not too many options and the ones that were offered of not so good quality. Not worthy of an Italian host.

It was suitable for my one night stay in Milano. Good water pressure, there was always hot water, good bed. Only a few minutes away from the yellow metro line and in total 15 minutes away from La Piazza Duomo. Close to the Milano central train station as well as the bus shuttles to the airports.

Shower facility is bad. No modern shower head. Water suddenly hot suddenly cold. Toilet seat is very small. The plug above bed is blocked by bed head so we couldn't use it to charge phone actually.

Location is right close to train station. Wifi is good. Receptionist Gwen is super professional and kind. The shower head high above cannot be moved down so diffcilt to shower, Gwen searched for solutions and offered showercap. The cleaning crew lady is kind, our toilet seat fell off, she helped put back on. Thanks a lot/!

No fridge, kettle. The bathroom door frame( a piece of wood) felt down by itself. It was glue badly and no nails. Luckily, it doesn't hit anyone.

Room is the only one on the ground level next to the breakfast to room. We are happy with no moving luggage. Room is good size, bed is comfortable,

Funky decor in the reception and dining area and nicely decorated room. Convenient location near Milano Centrale station. 24 hour reception and a lift were pluses for us.

The Staff was no good, what he said and what he did is for us is unrelated and unhelpful. I am coming with my mum and the staff asked us to use stairs out of backdoor which is so bad especially erderly people. Even actually We can use the main stairs.

Staff are very kind , location is good near to Centrale , Just the room is not comfortable , you can hear people and cars in the straight, no air conditioner, the heater was on even the temperature outside is like 20 degrees and the safety box is broken

Our room was in the second building. You had to cross the garden to get there and the elevator was up, so you still had to carry your luggage 3-4 stairs up. There is no luggage room as indicated, you leave your luggage under the stairs next to the lobby. So its an open space, everyone can pass by.

The staff was kind. The location is good. Close to the train station, metro with direct line to the city center and to the bus towards the airport.

Bathroom a little bit of a damp smell (but turning on the light -which activated the internal fan - sorted that out. Outside noise can be easily heard in the room, especially from the corridor.

Very old facilities and not very clean. A lot of dust on the bedside tables and the floor was dirty. They have a lift but to get there you have go through the stairs and a very tiny corridor. Very uncomfortable for us with 4 luggages and 2 backpacks.

Very close to the station and plenty of options to eat even if you get there late in the evening. Comfortable beds too.

The rooms are little bit old style but for 1 night it was more than enough.

The hotel is very convenient for the train trips from Milano Centrale. By walking 4-5 mins you can reach easily to the main train station. The entrance of the hotel is unique. The staff is helpful and always smiling. That was a good thing.
