Squeaky dipped old double mattress with a bar in the middle of it. Only sheets and a light cover. No blankets.

Great location. Clean and welcoming. Secure and good bathrooms. Reasonable continental breakfast. Nice coffee. Solid building. Shutters and blinds on windows. Good sound insulation.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed at the Hotel Clarici as my husband participates in the Spoleto Norcia bike race. The location is fantastic, right next to one of the main squares, near to transport options and with it's own carpark (€8 per day). The staff were all very pleasant and helpful, especially the owner Carlo.

My only concern was one morning there was no coffee, I was told this was because there was no water which seemed a little strange. I definitely would not let this put me off or from recommending to others.

The breakfast was very good, a very range of food to start a day.

We were leaving much earlier than when breakfast was available. We did ask if we could get a little packed breakfast as we were able to in several other accommodations but this service was not available here.

Very central loacation. Friendly staff. The owner actually drove one of our party on to our next accommodation after he was finished serving breakfast. A lovely touch.

The staff were quite helpful. A couple of things were not working when we arrived, but were fixed right away! Very nice place to stay for exploring Spoleto!

There was a funny issue in my bathroom, there was a bidet that got in the way of the door opening and closing so I could only close the door with a lot of pushing :D That was funny rather than anything. The actual problem was the fan in the bathroom didn't work well so all the humidity stayed in. Luckily it was still quite warm when I visited so I just kept the windows in the room open and the bathroom door open (it was hard to close anyway). However it is definitely not nice and not healthy to have all this humid air, especially if you want to shower in the evening and stay in the room after. They should definitely fix the fan.

The hotel is very cozy and I felt entirely at home there. Was intending to stay 1 night but stayed 3. Location is great, my room was overlooking the square and had a nice view towards the castle and hills. The room had a desk and chair which I always like to have, and the bathroom had a tiny stool which fits in the big shower and makes it easy to wash your feet well. The staff was so sweet, they were all super friendly and good people! :) The English isn't perfect but there were no issues with communication we could understand each other no problem, even though I asked quite a few things. In short, the place is super charming and I'd definitely stay there again.

Very noisy. 3 hours straight of door slammings on all floors until midnight. Old furniture and rugs. Bad cappucino at breakfast.

we tested positive for Covid while staying at the Clarici and the staff could not have been more helpful by calling a doctor for us, picking up breakfast, lunch and dinner for us and medicine the doctor prescribed. the staff went out of there way to help make us comfortable. thank you so much.
