Very central, beautiful room, helpful staff

Everything was perfect! Rooms are clean with everything in it, like described. Location - perfect. Host was extremely friendly and helpful, she can help you with everything you needed and also gives perfect advices. Breakfast was round the corner - amazing, not like a typical anonymous hotel breakfast. There are free places for the hotel guest on Jamaica beach.

We were very impressed by this hotel, from breakfast which was exceptional with a lot of choices, to the receptionist's hospitality, which showed us around, helped us, made reservations and recommendations. The rooms are big, very clean, nice decorated, not so much noise, although the hotel is in the middle of everything. Thank you a lot!

There is no negative thing about this accomodation, everything was perfect.

The parking. They don’t have enough staff to bring us back to parking area after checked out. But it’s property summer time only.

Property is modern; room & bathroom is big. Location is excellent. Must try the hotel property’s Michelin star restaurant. It’s a great perk for the hotel guests. It was one of the best meals we had in Italy.

Everything started splendidly when, on arrival, we were told that both rooms our group had booked had been upgraded to premium rooms. The rooms were wonderfully spacious, clean and with a delightful view of the old city. Service was faultless - excellent recommendations of things to try, and restaurants to visit. Location is perfect for walking tours in the old city, and the shuttle to/from the private parking was exceptionally convenient. And you'll want that private parking too if you visit by car - the public car parks were unbelievably full when we stayed. The included breakfast was delicious - a range of hot and cold, savory and sweet dishes with delicious fresh pastries. It would be easy to eat enough that you wouldn't need anything else for the rest of the day!

Just superb. The hotel is the centre of numerous experiences and dining all arranged by the amazing manager/ owner Tanina who personally booked restaurants/ cafes and a superb sunset boat trip with a delightful captain. Tanina was able to get us great tables in each of the locations from a simple cafe to the best restaurants. Totally stress free and everywhere as good as was promised. Breakfast in the cafe a few metres away was extensive. Had cocktails on lovely waterfront terrace in a sister hotel again a few metres away. Free sun loungers at Jamaica Beach. Free luxury toiletries, free soft drinks in mini bar. A brilliant experience akin to a 5 star hotel with multiple activities and various catering / bar facilities

Room at little on small side & could done with more hanging space.

The hotel is in lovely central location of medieval town! Breakfast was fantastic in little square across from hotel . Best part had to be the amazing host , Tanina who couldn’t do enough to help make your holiday extra special. We stayed over my birthday & had wonderful meal at La Rucola .

There is nothing particularly special about the building - no gym, pool, etc. The value is from the location and the service that you get from being there.

This hotel goes out of its way to make sure you have a special stay in Sirmione. From a great breakfast, perfect recommendations for meals and activities for our family, rooms well positioned, we could not have been happier with our stay.

Sermione is wall-to-wall tourists, so the ambient noise level is high - day and night. It’s hard to keep the windows open.

Tanina at reception was phenomenal, warm, extremely knowledgeable and well organized, very personable and full of useful info that enabled us to optimize our visit in the Garda region. The higher end restaurants she recommended were exactly to our taste. Parking was very convenient and the noise from the crowds outside was well controlled in our room. The breakfasts were wonderful. We liked the idea of the hotel’s arrangement with a great restaurant for breakfast across the street.

The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful-helped us with making reservations, gave us excellent food recommendations etc. the room was stylish, clean, great showers and lovely products to use. Our only regret was not staying longer! Also the breakfast is absolutely worth mentioning-we had it on the square and the service was 10/10.

The only downside was that we were only in Sirmione for one night, would have loved to have stayed longer.

What a fabulous little hotel in the centre of the town -a great location. We arrived by ferry from Garda Town and it was a 2 min walk to the hotel. We had a great welcome and able to check in early for which we were grateful. The room was lovely - comfy beds, spotlessly clean and great aircon which we needed as it was super hot. The bathroom, although on the small side had a great shower and some very luxurious toiletries which we used. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room, along with cold drinks and snacks that we didn't have to pay any extra for. Breakfast was also very good with a selection of hot and cold food. The host was extremely friendly and helpful and organised our taxi transfer to Verona airport allowing us to leave our luggage at the hotel until we were ready to leave mid afternoon. Would highly recommend this hotel .
