Good location close to train station and main sights. Breakfast was good quality. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly, they upgraded us to a superior room at no extra cost which was a nice surprise.

The staff were very kind and welcoming, and the hotel is in a convenient central-adjacent location. It had everything we needed for our stay.

The room was a little small but nothing that took away from my comfort. All in they were great.

The location was excellent, food for breakfast was lovely and the front desk team were very helpful. All in a very positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable and while the minibar was sparsely stocked, the bar downstairs were happy to help.

The hotel does not have parking, and the reception asked us to pay a separate fee for parking in another area. Breakfast is also not included in the price, and compared to the requested price, the quality of the breakfast was not acceptable.

The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of the city center and easily accessible by public transportation. It is also not far from the train station. The staff were very kind and supportive, and the hotel’s spaces are beautifully designed to create a relaxing atmosphere.

The view of the park from our room was nice. The staff was friendly and very helpful in our travels around the city. They made it easy for us.

The bedspreads in the room were very dated and the beds/mattresses were old and not comfortable. The couches in the reception area weren’t all that comfortable either.

Restaurant next door can generate some noise however it closes at 11.30 pm prompt so we were not disturbed late into the night.

They don't have their own parking lot due to the lack of space, in fact they are collaborating with a private garage. Parking tax is 30 euros per 24 hours which is to be paid during checking out along with city tax.

I liked the location close to a lot of important "must to see", everything very clean, the staff very respectful and amable.

Service at breakfast was quite slow, mainly a one-woman show, if more than 2 tables turn up at the same time, takes quite a while for her to take down everyone’s drinks order, clean the tables for the next round of people, refill the breakfast options, etc. so ended up with tables without any utensils or have not even been cleaned (actually had to ask our table to be cleaned as there wasn’t any other available table), waiting on drinks, missing/un-refilled breakfast options. Also breakfast service staff was not very friendly, but understandable since she was probably overwhelmed. Other than that, everything else is fine

Our friends room was tiny and lacked furniture. They experienced noise from outside. Room lacked power points for charging electronics. Our room was fine in terms of size but fittings in the room were pretty basic and decoration was tired.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Reception area, bar and terrace were all fantastic. Location was great. Close to major sights. Plenty of good restaurants close by.

Everything was perfect. Very clean place, spacious and comfortable. The location is fantastic, and it is close to a lot of restaurants and cafes. The breakfast was delecious, and you can ask for a cappuccino in the morning that the staff will bring to your table. The outside garden is very pretty. Excellent location very close of the central market and parking. Great staff very pro and pleasant. The room was suoer clean, comfortable, and totally quiet. A nice view on the gardens. The station is also very close. Perfect location at a reasonable price. Very good breakfast

This specific (single) room was right next to the breakfast area, meaning quite a bit of noise starting around 7:30. Not a big deal for me, but if you like to sleep in it might be better to select another room :)

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff and a nice lounge and garden. And a great location if you want to be close to the train station.
