Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomStaff were magnificent. Always welcoming and happy. Helped with a few queries and given soon good advice about the area. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Lovely balcony over looking the road and despite excellent location not noisy at all. The location of this hotel is 5/10 minute walk to the Arena and centre of town. Breakfast was a good choice of cooked items, cereals, different flavoured yogurts and pastries. Highly recommended staying here.

Spacious room. There was an Alexa in the room which was a nice touch. We could only lower the ac to a certain degree and no more so the room was a bit warm to our liking. It was short walk to all the attractions. We found a great BbQ truck outside of the tomb of Juliet which was just down the street that was awesome and really inexpensive dinner.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke perfect English for which we were very grateful. The location is ideal, under a ten minute walk to the Arena. The room was basic but functional, clean and comfortable. We considered the room to be good value for money.

We stayed here during a trip through Italy and we really liked this hotel! We chose it as we hadn’t been to Verona before and we thought it would be a safe option. It exceeded our expectations! It was modern, clean and v close to the main attractions - the arena etc. The staff were very friendly and helpful, for example they let us store our bags there the day we checked out. The bed was comfy and the shower was also great. It was overall a really good experience- convenient, friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay there again.

United KingdomDespite the provision of a kettle on top of the Fridge there was no plug socket there to plug it in. Also while a number of Teas and coffee were provided there was no milk. Staff were helpful but always seemed very reserved.

RomaniaThey have an Alexa in every room, in theory you would be able to control lights, temperature, play music, ask questions about the hotel and so on. We played with it, we had a bit of fun, but it was really a gimmick, nothing really works. The touch scren of the temperature control on the wall was also not working well, and with the A/C blasting on max cold by default, it took me a while to figure out how to set a more pleasant atmosphere. I would have much preferred to have just a very simple thermostat and not all this high tech system that proves to be hard to use.
Excellent location, it was one of the very few hotels in the old city, right outside of the ZTL (restricted traffic area), where you can leave your car in front of the hotel and then walk to all the historical sights. There are parking places in the street, they look safe, and the lady at the reception was very kind to help us with a free parking voucher that we had to place in the car under the windshield.
