There was no AC but they did mention it within the description that the room doesn't come with one.

The room was at the top floor, it had a nice view of the harbour. It was clean and tiddy. It would be great if a chair is added to it though.

Location a little hard to pinpoint at first as the entrance is via a side street (not the main road), but eventually convenient with the instructions provided.

Room was clean and spacious, the bathroom a little rundown. View directly on the ferry terminal (cruise ship and ferry closeby), high traffic street owning to the convenience of the location. It wasn’t an issue being on the 8th floor. Staff very nice and helpful, prompt check-in/out. Wifi very strong

No desk...I always need somewhere to set up my laptop in relative comfort. Also, the need at certain times of the day to pay for the lift (only 5 cents), but annoying, especially when one of the lifts eats your money.

Beautifully clean room...mine had a view of the port where the cruise ships are. Plenty of eateries close by, plus a convenience store for those things you might need, and a pharmacy close by as well. Staff pleasant, and he took the time to show me how the entry system worked (no keys, all electronically done on a keypad).

The hotel is close to the Beverello Port which makes it very convenient. The staff was friendly and they have pincodes to open all the doors.

Like many city hotels the room and bathroom were small but it was perfect for my one night stay

I had a double twin bed that had two mattresses and during the night if you ended up in the middle you could fall between the mattresses, which was not very comfortable

The location was great, the room was clean, everything was very nice, sockets and switches near the bed on both sides, the bathroom was very modern spacious and nice, the stuff was very helpful and nice, they really tried to make your stay as good as possible

Lady on Reception when we arrived at 21.00 was so Friendly. Fabulous Clean Modern Rooms .Big Rainfall shower A stroll to Beverello Port to catch our Ferry to Capri.

New rooms, well done. Has an elevator. Staff are excellent. Alibus from airport stops very close. Pizza around the corner is the best one I had in Napoli.

Now this only a minor gripe, the marine bay is near and daily a lot of cruisers are coming and going. This can be heard in the evening as well. Plus the traffic is also loud as well. So maybe if you want a rest this won't be your cup of tea. Paying for elevator was also a weird thing.

Hotel is located near the sea marine and city center is almost 20 minutes away by foot. The bus from the airport stays near the hotel so its easy as well to return back to the airport when you leave. The room was clean and tiddy. We had a tv with various italian channels, some of them had english language and italian subtitles. Room was spacious, and the view from the terrace was amazing and breathtaking. Free wi fi was also a plus.

One thing I dont like about my room since it is is with seaview which is next to the main road with all the trasnsport you can find too much noise in night which apprarently disturbs sleep. My suggestion do not go for this type room and make sure to ask low noise rooms before booking

The location is excellent with near to the port and all major attractions. My room is with sea view including with locker, TV, and air conditioning facilities. Staff were too gentle and welcome. I want to clear one thing is there is no breakfast option

Location, Friendly, very secure. View from our room window can be seen on my channel- decrepit lion productions- YouTube. ( Naples - Italy section) Tremendous sunrises over Mount Vesuvius and of cruise ships. Taxi rank nearby and hot food at small cafes in local area. Thanks for changing out towels and cleaning our room daily! Mike

The light on the corridors was a bit hit and miss. It would be nice to have a lamp by the bed as once you switch off the main light and need to go to the bathroom for instance, there is a step that can be missed. Just a suggestion.

Everything. Location was great. Within a walking distance everywhere. Tram line is outside too and bus to / from airport. Comfortable. Clean. Nice balcony.

The noise from the street.

The rooms that face the street are extremely noisy, it's best to ask for a room that faces the courtyard.
