The check in wasn’t at the same place as the room? The bed was not the greatest you could feel the springs and two dirty towels were still in the closet.

I didn’t like being on the top floor. No elevator. No way I would go back during the day for a little stop which is the advantage of being in a hotel that is central

Our arrival time was before the check-in time, but we could leave our luggage. At our arrival they were so kind to get our room ready already?

The bed was a sofa that transformed into a bed! So, it was not so comfortable. The place for check-in and the apartment the room was in were not at the same address, making it uncomfortable to arrive there with that luggage. So, I recommend calling before going for check-in. They did not have paper towels in the room, which is essential.

The location was excellent: in the heart of the city, and somehow tranquil. The room was good, though the bed was not very comfortable, but it was still good. The property was clean. They had a furnished kitchen, which may be helpful.

Comfortably warm in February, the guy at the desk was a good guy, double bed was two singles together but wasn't much of a problem. Good place!

The bed looked like a matrimonial bedroom, but there were two small ones that kept dividing. The floor is very cold and the heat wasnt't on the day of the arrivals and at random times. The bathroom has a very small shower, but not too bad. The staff was so nice you want to forget about it.

The location is good, near the centre. The staff was very nice and helpful, the cleaniness was over the expectations.

We couldn't turn on the air conditioner for heat, we waited several times for half an hour, there was no warm air. The handle is broken. The water in the bathroom drains poorly.

The premises are in a good area almost the central street. They clean every day. Shower and toilet for two rooms. The room is not big but there is enough space for things. There are towels, hair dryer, extra pillow and blanket.

I thought the room would have been bigger than it was , however I really did enjoy the cozy feel . Nothing bad to say :)

The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Gave great recommendations for food and attractions . Very safe and homey hotel .

Lights on the stairs often not working - no switches, only automatic. Air conditioner hard to operate with remote. I gave up and unplugged it. A small desk would have been helpful.

The room we booked consists of two king size beds. they are nice beds, quite authentic wrt Venice atmosphere. If only one of the beds is changed to a single bed, the room may become more spacious.

The hotel location is very central, close to the train station and other popular places. The room is clean and with air conditioning. The area is also quite.

The bathroom, particularly the bath tub was just something strange. We couldn’t figure out how to use it and why would people put such weird bath tub in a hotel, but it even didn’t have curtains, so all the water ended up outside of this tiny tub. This is something which really could be fixed, that was our main I would say

The location of the hotel is really good, you just turn off a busy, noisy street and you are already isolated from the hustle and bustle. The view from our room was very nice. The room itself had AC, which helped a lot considering the hot weather. Also it was cleaned every day, and bath accessories were provided every day

Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would have been welcome.

Loved the location, Cannareggio was a real gem. Just a few turns fro all the action of Venice, yet provided a quieter, more authentic feel. The hotel was clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

The room was quite small. When you sit on the toilet your chin is in the sink.
