Room was a bit old and in need of a renovation. There are only two power outlets in the entire room, which means you cant charge your phones and watch tv at the same tame...

Location is excellent. Close to city centre. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. AC was working fine. Breakfast was excellent !

Our room had no view at all, it was quit dark and dull to stay in the room.

We chose this hotel mainly because of its location and it was really convenient to stroll around Milan! Location was excellent and hotel very nice and clean.

The rooms are a bit outdated. They had so many light switches In the family room it was as difficult to turn lights off. Around 12 different areas for lights. Could use an upgrade.

Air conditioning could be better.

The location was absolutely fantastic—just behind the Duomo and right next to all the shops I wanted. The room looked a bit old but had everything I needed and was perfect for two adults. Breakfast was great and really enjoyable. The only downside was the air conditioner, which took quite a while to cool the room and wasn’t as effective as I had expected. Overall though, the stay was very good and the location can’t be beaten.

The air con stopped in one of the rooms.

We were worried about the previous reviews but it was great! No need to worry. The decor was ornate and fun. The location was brilliant - couple of minutes from the cathedral. Breakfast was good.

The roof top terrace was closed due to weather and when we tried to take a look the following day before leaving it was locked!

The room was perfect for us as a family of 3, and very comfortable with a great balcony view from in of the bedrooms with the suite!

Aged furniture (not only style but also flaking), lifts are small, slow and hot inside. Long long waiting for getting inside one of them, specially near breakfast times and check out time. TV signal was unstable. AC real loud (yet effective)

Rooms might benefit from a bit of extra attention when it comes to furniture (checking in good operation).

Excellent location. Seems that carpets in communal areas have been recently replaced. Rooms are definitely a bit dated but still comfortable and well equipped. There is construction work going on opposite the front of the hotel but windows seal out the noise. Breakfast is extensive and well-managed and never had an issue finding a table at peak times. Staff are very gracious and helpful/welcoming making this an overall very pleasant experience.

Bed & pillows was unusually hard / not comfortable. Lift was slow with long wait times.

Location is excellent. Room was clean and they kindly provided a hot water kettle for tea. Small mini bar (mainly soft drinks & a beer) but useful. Breakfast buffet was pretty good and included in room price. Check in / out staff very nice and polite / had a smile!

The room was all over the place. Need a new plan to flow better, so guests not getting up and around all the time
