The hotel is close to the public transportation, the staff was super nice and we got a room upgrade! What a nice surprise. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely come back.

The shower was the smallest I've ever used to the point I couldn't use it comfortably and gave up on it.

The staff was super nice and the style of the hotel is awesome. The room and the space were just perfect, and the location was super nice as well.

The property,though has its charm,very outdated. The aircon does not work so expect to be hot during summer.

Convenient to Mico Milano Congressi. Hotel near the metro station and tram stop. Clean bed sheets and towels.

The facilities are older, shower and water faucet need to be fixed There's a lot of noise on the lower floors Blankets can be better

Some ornaments were really weird, and also they mentioned some “cameras” but they did not further explain where they were located so that was kind of weird as well

the mini fridge was broken and the air conditioning system seemed a bit outdated and not very practical

our room was very clean and tidy, and the hotel entrance was clean and cozy. The staff was very friendly and welcoming

The hotel is quite old, not well soundproofed and full of mixed furniture. No problem in choosing a cheap solution but it should be mentioned that this is not a 4-star level hotel.

The location is great, near the metro but the rest is not at the level of 4 star hotel. I was lucky to get a room view the view on the inside court so it was quite silent. The staff was very kind.

Breakfast was fine but not stellar

Extremely helpful and kind staff; charming and comfortable with vintage decor but up-to-date fittings & bathroom; very well connected to the city centre, metro and local train stations are a couple of minutes walk away. Perfect A/C even on torrid summer days. I would certainly return on future trips to Milan

A lot a noice in the morning maybe because the room was next to a cleaning/stock room. Eggs & bacon were finished at 8.45am, no refill was done

Room was a bit small and I found the decoration rather kitsch. It didn't feel like a 4 start hotel but well, it's Milan and hotels are expensive.

Good location, near tram, subway and a shopping centre. We'll located to get to San Ciro stadium. Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. Small terrace with fresh air. Furnished with cars and bike concept.

Hard pillows , soundproofing could be a bit better as could the air con , states refurbed in 2019 but our room air-con was not effective and tv signal poor ,If it had been summer we would have reported it

Quirky decor and great staff , close to the metro in a less touristy area. Big room with a balcony and nice bathroom. The bed was comfortable

Maybe the bathroom was a bit tiny. But not so uncomfortable. So anyway there is no reason not to come back. Doesn't impact to the hole impression.

The design of every room, each one with a different topic/celebrity. The staff very kind. The room very clean and is literally at 5 min walk from CityLife so a great, great location!

The hotel requires renovation. Rooms have big size but equipment it's old and cleaningness was not really at the level. Overall the hotel doesn't look very clean

The hotel is a great location, well connected to the city with public transportation. Staff is extremely nice and breakfast is really good.

If you have a room facing the front of the hotel, the noise of the tram in the morning is not nice at all, maybe better sound proofing could help. Also there isn't much sound proofing between the room door and the corridor. When for example the person in the opposite side of the corridor is opening his door to enter his room, it seems he is entering your room. Again sound proofed doors would help. Lift needs an upgrade.

The location was very close to the metro station. Checking in was flawless. The staff were very friendly and always with a smile.

The facade works have blocked the view, I couldn’t open external blinds, and it was very dark in the room

Good location. Spacious room. Delicious breakfasts. Friendly staff. After communicating with the assistant, we still managed to park the car in the hotel parking lot, for which we were very grateful. 20 minutes walk to the center. 2 minutes to the metro
